Order 4005601770. Firstly my order gets delivered with 8 items missing. After I speak to PnP online and provide them a list of the missing items they only refund me for 4 items. Had to complain again! I was told basically sorry to hear about your problem as now I need to place another order and pay for delivery again. They made 2 mistakes with one order and then leave you high and dry without having the missing items replaced. I will never order from PnP again and I suggest all consumers rather use Checkers from now on. Also I cant believe that someone like FNB associate themselves with an *********** company like PnP. Shame on you .
I ordered items 28/11, they took my money and later sent an email stating the order is cancelled. No reason provided after requesting a reason numerous times. Then they credit my Mr D account with the money. Then I placed an order on 30/11 to use the credit, then there are items missing in the order. When questioning this I basically got told to open my eyes before I press checkout. On the Mr D app it shows "buy one get one free" but I never received the "free" items. It is sad so see that a company like TAKEALOT deals with Mr D and even wants to associate with rude and sarcastic people like Mr D. I see Mr D does not reply to complaints/compliments on this platform. I think I know why..... it's because there are so many! We should not support companies like Mr D, rather use Uber eats or order directly through a specific platform which sells the product.
After 30 years of paying and not hearing a thing from this company I need to complete "know your client" forms before my policy payout. There is just no reply from this company trying to sort this matter except for threating emails. This is the worst experience I have had with an insurance company and will never ever recommend anyone doing business with them, as I will surely (as soon as my 30 year old policy payout) not ever again want anything to do with them again. It must surely be such in disgrace to hear that a loyal client for 30 years don't want to do business with you, on the other hand I'm sure you don't care!
I was admitted to hospital on 28/10/2024 for Covid Pneumonia after my diagnosis at the ER. During my visit to the ER they requested various tests to determine my prognosis BUT there is one account Discovery is unwilling to pay as according to Discovery Health the ER practice cant claim for these tests as they are not "specialists". This is considered unacceptable, should they just guess whats wrong or is it a case that Discovery Health does not care for their clients. Im so sick of Discovery that I will close all my accounts and move to someone who actually want their clients to recover. Consumers, if you are considering Discovery for medical aid, any investments, banking, insurance etc. I strongly suggest you rather find another company. Just look at all the complaints about Discovery on the internet. Beware.
My partner changed his phone number recently and talked to Standard Bank Shyft regrading the change. As per Shyft he has a Standard Bank account and this must be done at a Standard Bank branch and they are unable/unwilling to assist any further. He does not have a Standard Bank account other than a Shyft account. Please let us know what account we have so we can draw the money out of it (hopefully there are millions in that “account”). It is a point of concern that you keep on telling us we have an account but you cant back up your facts. Rather get FNB Global account as it seems as Standard Bank is living on Mars.

We purchased 2 couches online and the color differs from the color shown on their website. Now I get told that I should have confirmed/looked at the color at a shop before I order online. What is the use of shopping online if I must still visit your stores. Nice Coricraft I will tell everyone of my experience. You do not deserve to be in business when you do false advertising. You cant own your mistakes and consumers note that Coricraft don't guarantee leather or their product if it was commissioned (You cant buy from their floor so I guess all large furniture is commissioned?) Just look at Coricrafts reviews on Hellopeter, its shocking and you should be ashamed. You get one star because I cant leave it on 0! Please do not support this arrogant company.
I purchased avos from Woolies Chilli Lane, Sunninghill on Sunday 31/3/2024 (check my woolies card 6007852838553960) for R46.99. Well, I bought rock hard “ripe and ready” overpriced avos AGAIN from Woolies. I am sick and tired of buying inferior overpriced products from Woolies. You have lost a client and I will tell everyone I see about my experience.
What a terrible experience I had with Wimpy Bram Fisher! I order online from this store at least twice a month, but never again! An online order gets delivered more than an hour after placing the order. The food was ice cold when it eventually reached my house and the cold food was sent back to Bram Fisher Drive branch. The Bram Fisher store tells me that “the driver must have gotten lost”. What a joke! I got offered a new order to be delivered, which I think would have reached me in time for supper, which I declined as by that time my household was so hungry. Now the waiting will start to get refunded. Consumers, we do not need to accept bad service. Nothing in this world is for free and if some businesses dont want to own up to bad service we should not support them. Please make sure that I get refunded for the cold food (I send back to the store) and advise accordingly. Theunis Carstens
What a pathetic company and I cant believe they are still in business as they should not be! My 80 year old mother went to the East Rand Mall branch to buy a fridge/freezer which is in special, to no surprise “out of stock”. Now they want her to pay for something (because they again NO stock) to secure the price. As per the sales guy If they get stock and its not paid she will be charged more. Because you never have stock you cant guarantee the advertised price. Shame on you. Game should not be in business.
