I am on DSTV compact and when I bought the decoder I decided to insure it with NMS insurance services that was back in 2018 I gave in my contact details and received my documents. To my surprise today I receive insurance documents via email of Mr R Kjoubert. All other details like phone number, customer number are different however they together with Mr R Kjoubert used my email address. How I'd this even possible. Please DSTV can Mr. R Kjoubert use his own address and not money. REMOVE IT!!
I have a policy with Platinum Life and I wanted to cancel it due to affordability and Gaitsiwe assisted me by explaining that I could still have the policy but with a decreased premium not only that but the deduction could start 1st of March as opposed to 1st of Feb. Her customer service, patience, politeness took the cup for me. Thank you so much and I hope you get employee of the month reward (if any).
We had an ADSL and the contract lapsed and we were advised by Telkom to go LTE, we took their advice. Firstly they brought the router without the sim card, then brought the sim card without activating it. The connection took forever. Finally we ourselves got the LTE up and running and few weeks later the landline started acting up. Now we cannot call or receive calls and this has been going on for like a month now, business productivity is slow. I did complain on Twitter but they are also incompetent. I do not even want to start with the call centre absolutely USELESS.
I thought I was happy with Matt Arend but they showed me flames. Now my emails and WhatsApp texts are ignored. I called their offices and they couldn't tell me where the watch I ordered is at. The lady couldn't even depict anything on their system, she mentioned some guy who called in with the same order which would be surprising because before they started ignoring my emails and WhatsApp texts everything was in order. After she spoke with her colleague they said someone forgot to complete the shipping form and that someone is not in the office they're only coming in later. Two weeks back they said the watch is being shipped, now they tell me it still has to be assembled. I'm so disappointed this is like 3rd order and I was never treated like this. Not sure if I'll ever buy again. Communication and honesty would have saved all of us this unnecessary back and forth.
I made an order and trusted Aramex to deliver. My niece is going for matric dance and the hair was supposed to have been delivered by now. Now she is panicking, making me look like an idiot of a aunt. And also the tracking website is not giving much info, tried to call the customer care, they're not helping.
I don't even know where to begin to thank Matt Arend for their patience and support. Really outstanding. Customer service 100%, response 100%. I am very impressed. I will never stop buying from you guys. Everyone close to me knows about you. My go to watch place, anytime, any day.
Good day I wrote a review on the 21st of May 2019 with a subject "LIARS!!!" to Isabella Garcia. After my review a nice lady by the name of Faranaaz (supervisor) called and apologize for the delay and the run around of where my package was. She had promised that I will receive my package by the 24th of May 2019 and I am happy to say that I have received my package a day earlier (23/05/2019) with everything inside. Props to you Faranaaz to handling this well, your colleagues requires some training from you on how to handle situations. Thank you. Cheers to my new journey with IG.
I once did a skin test over the phone with Isabella Garcia they kept my results on record I got a voucher which I never used. However one day one of their consultant called me with a proposal for an amount of R 245.90 per month for 8 months for products I once did a skin test with. That was in late April and the first installment went off in my bank account on the 1st I was told the package will take 5 - 7 working days days till today I have not received my package. I have been calling and emailing not even once was I given the track number. I am seriously getting mad because they do not give feedback instead they promise lies. All the time they keep saying I will receive my package end of the week. I am sick of Isabella Garcia and their incompetence.
