Communication with Call Centre operator, Lunka on Friday, authorising a dental procedure to take place. This took place in a very professional and pleasant way. She even went the extra mile and did a follow up call on Saturday to make sure everything is in place and I have a clear understating on the process. What a benchmark for client service.........keep up the great work please.....!!
Had an early flight out of Oliver Tambo (domestic) air port yesterday. What poor communication experienced at the security check point entering the boarding area. Will help a lot if you can develop the skill to communicate clearly with passengers on your intensions and exactly what you require and not leaving it up to passengers guessing what you require. Please team, this is ''PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICA'' let us step up to the plate.
I was on a return FlySafair flight yesterday from JHB to Port Elizabeth. Must commend this company on the professional experience I had. Great communication from start to finish, flights on time, sufficient space, clean air craft and very helpful flight attendants. On the the flight back to JHB, quite a number of elderly people boarded the aircraft with crew assistance. It was heartwarming to observe the love, respect and care displayed with these passengers by the flight crew, specifically taken in consideration, all commercial air craft need to push for fast turnaround times between arrivals and departures in such a competitive industry. Well done FlySafair. Please keep up this great passenger experience !!

My Prado's rear camera was damaged recently during a major service on the vehicle at McCarthy Toyota Midrand. I returned to McCarthy a few days later to find remedy for the problem. The Service Adviser escalated the matter immediately to the Service Manager who took personal ownership of the matter and replaced the faulty camera. Management and team; thank you for your client service i experienced. You have set a benchmark during this process for excellent service quality. Keep up the good work!!...............Willie
