Purchased a hisense stove from makro. Just over a year and the stove has rust. Hisense is of no help and so is makro. They want to charge around R1300 which is the cost of a new stove to have it fixed. Never ever purchase an item from hisense or makro ad they will not help you
Purchased a hob stove just over one year ago. I am a single person who uses it every two day and it has rust already. It has a terrible smell. I had the worst time getting hold of hisense only for them to be of no assistance telling me the warranty doesn't cover such. It is a health hazard with rust and the smell is terrible. I am shocked that a product that is suppose to last many years has turned out to be such a disappointment. Be careful when purchasing from hisense

I have never encountered such a disgusting service in my life. I suffer from neuropathy issues, sciatica caused by SI joint issues. Sitting for long periods causes my legs to go completely numb knowing this I made sure to request they put a note that I and my partner sits downstairs because it is easier for my leg, I got a Dr's note and called in on the day of traveling. It was confirmed that the note was made on my booking and the driver would keep my seat only for him to not have kept it. We went back and forward for 45 Mins him refusing to ask youngsters to move because he was afraid instead making it seem to the passangers as if I'm a spoilt brat throwing a tantrum not someone who has amedicla condition which resulting in thee entire bus being disgustingly rude to me and laughing as I fell on my butt as I was coming down the stairs. I can not believe this is the way intercape bus treats their passangers who has medical conditions. They inform us downstairs is kept for elders or people with issues yet let anyone sit and the passangers scream first come first serve. If one is getting in at a small town how else can they secure a seat downstairs? I went through all necessary channels. They call themselves one of the best busses in SA but know nothing about inclusivity and seems to discriminate against a spefic group of people.
0 stars for a company that charges for everything. They charge for a message being sent they charge every month a fee for nothing even once you made a payment arrangement and requested to receive no further communication from them. Their excuse is automated message. We all know automated messages can be opted out. A disgusting blood sucking company who charges R100 or R150 for an email sent
Very rude workers who accuse you. They don't know their own email address. They send wrong info and then proceed to send you a second email with a stament and charge you R100 in fees for that email. Lexmed and mweb are a pair who are total ****s. When canceling my mweb service they did not inform me of any outstanding balance. Lexmed then contacts me (got through to me after months because my number was not in use) they they charge R600 in fees and when the wrong email is sent they resend the correct one and Bill be R100 more. 2/3 if the consultants I spoke to were extremely rude. They have no professionalism they accuse you of being a bad payer without finding out the story. It seems like in most situations with mweb and lexmed clients did not even know of their balance. Technician came over for a machine that I'd about over a month old with less than 10 washes done. I explained over and over that the machine was working fine until it started having an issue with the drainage. I got a plumber to check my pipes there was nothing wrong he then decided to create a new drainage pipe outlet closer to the machine. The same issue continued. Their technician came over and insisted to me that it is this drainage fitting of mine which was made after I encountered this issue with the machine. Two grown men failed to understand this logic and left after 5 mins of doing nothing. I am beyond ****ed with the service recieved from Samsung for a 7000 machine
Purchased a brand new 15L washing machine. It worked fine for thr first few washes but suddenly when it is time to drain the water comes out the drainage pipe. I got a plumber to check my fittings. We made a new fitting just to be safe but the same issue occurs. My house has gotten flooded 3 times while attempting to do a load of washing. Really disappointing to buy a R7000 washing machine onky to have issues and not be able to do washing for weeks and now have to wait for an agent to come out
Dr etreshia Coetzee GP 135 cape road mount croix She has a practice that is shared with 3 Dr's and one receptionist. The receptionist did not let me know that she is not linked with any medical aid. It was not mentioned once instead the medical aid form was gjven despite them not accepting it. She sent me for a ton of blood tests resulting in my medical aid not paying for it because she doesn't accept medical aid and me still needing to pay for the consultation. I am now stuck paying the bill months later. I have never come across a Dr's office who basically ****s clients by not disclaiming or letting people know they don't take medical aid and making them fill in the forms especially when she has two other Dr's who shares the same receptionist and takes medical aid. She needs to do better because making clients pay so much extra on top of their medical aid is not good just to fullfill herr own greed.
Mwebs customer portal is a nightmare. I had issues logging in as my old number was no longer in use due to my phone being ******. I was unable to pay 2 months and as a result my services was suspended. When I finally manged to get through to a consultant they sent me an email to send proof of payment. I did so and my services was reactivated. I then contacted them to cancel it. The consultant said no problem and never informed/made me aware of any outstanding balance. I did not see any invoices as the old email was not in use either due to not being able to log into it. I now get I vices from their debt collector who put R500 service fee on top of it. I have tried to get mweb to send me a copy of the email where I sent proof of payment as I am convinced that the last payment might have no reflected or if it did why was I not informed about my outstanding balance when canceling the contract. This is purely Mwebs fault. If I do owe I am more than happy to make arrnagmenets to pay it but I refuse to pay the service fee of R500 to a very unprofessional debt collector who calls and accuse me of being a late/bad payer
