Your service is horrible. The so called WhatsApp support is not working. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this service its a pain. I have Spend 3 hours typing on WhatsApp with no positive resolution.

My car got ****** yesterday Matrix failed to find my car and the terminated recovery mission. SAPS Bramley later recovered the Car. I called Matrix to tell them SAPS recovered the Car. They never bothered to call SAPS or myself to investigate why their devices was not working or at least to advise the way forward . I called them now to complain and their *********** consultant dropped my call.

I am a merchant client with FNB. Logged a request from the 10th Sep to update account details, To date I am still waiting for their so called RTM to be resolved. I mean when I open the merchant account it was within minutes but now to update my details it takes forever? FNB I have been using you guys for years but this time you destroyed my business
Apparently I have a contract with Telkom that I didn't apply for and now I am handed over to VvM. @Telkom are you desperate for Sales? How did you qualify my profile to get an account without completing Affordability Accessments?
I horrible experience with their account department
I am so disappointed with Fnb, i made a deposit of R24700 into my small business account and the charged me R988 for service fees. How possible is that?? How are you helping small Business while charging exorbitant fees??
Your Debtors Department Service is horrible. Why do you have to create an incident number knowing you will never attend to it? I am so disappointed
