I had an overdue account with Vodacom in 2022. The collections company advised they can arrange a settlement amount with Vodacom where I paid almost R8000. I advised them to cancel my contract. Two months ago they surprisingly handed me over again. I again paid a settlement and went through to Vodacom. The guy that assisted me told me my contract was already cancelled April 2022. They one big **** company
For 2 weeks my fiance has not receive his chronic medication. He has called them a couple of times and got empty promises, and I have sent e-mails. Do they realize they are playing with people's lives?

My daughter took an overdose on the 17th of December 2020. We rushed her to hospital. She was in casualties where they treated her. After 1 o'clock on the 18th they got a bed for her in ICU. The authorization number is now from the 18th which resulted in my medical scheme Bonitas not paying a lot of the doctors and lab invoices. I have contacted Linksfield on numerous occasions and was told that the Case Manager need to update the auth number to the 17th. Up to now it has not been done. I have asked several times for the contact details of the Case Manager - but according to them I can't contact her as they have their channels. Clearly those channels aren't working and will result in Linksfield Hospital and Lancet Laboratories to sue me for the money as clearly someone is not capable of doing their job and do I really need to pay the price for incompetency of Linksfield accounts department staff??
Worst bank ever. In January I posted that they made a double debit order deduction off my cheque account and after posted on Hallopeter they called me and did a refund. Yet on the end of February they did a double debit order again, I called in on the 2nd of March and asked for it to be refunded as not once did I authorize for them to do a double debit order. I was told it would take 3 to 7 working days to refund my money. On the 11th of March I phoned in as no money has been refunded, I was told that they are not refunding the money. Worst bank ever.

Once again Vodacom has let me down. I cancelled my contract in August 2020. They then renewed my contract. After dealing with Customer Care the upgrade was cancelled. I then informed them I would really really like to cancel my contract. Not to any surprise it wasn't cancelled. I then phoned again in January and spoke once again to the cancellation department. I then received my statement in February and also went onto the Vodacom app. My bill was still the same. I contact Vodacom just to discover my contract has still not been cancelled, Due to Vodacom having incompetent staff I have to pay. Bad service once again.
I cancelled my life insurance via e-mail on the 6th of January as I took out other life insurance. I received an e-mail advising that my request was forwarded to the relevant department. To my surprise they deducted for February already. This is my second problem with 1Life. First my late sister in law had a policy with 1Life. It took me almost a year later to post on Face Book and HalloPeter to get them to pay out and now this.....?
