So the people in queries at CCMA SA is so unsympathetic. Firstly obviously the person calling in has a dispute and contacting queries as they dont know what to do. While explaining my situation this lady cuts me off saying so whats your actual question. Nonetheless i say what the query is and she is so abrupt and and dismissive not caring what the hell you actually going through!!! I tell her that i hope she learns to speak with more empathy in future as she is very harsh and abrupt. She then goes and tells me she was born this way and that is how she speaks and no1 will change her. What happened to this country where people with such terrible phone etiquette is hired in companies that are there to help people?! JUST TERRIBLE HONESTLY
I would like to compliment Rakiba Bassadien at Mibco branch in Bellville for always going above and beyond to assist to her best ability. It is seldom that we compliment but rush to complain when things do not go how we want it to be. She always goes the extra mile to assist and actually follows through until your query is resolved. Thank you once again Rakiba.
Mcdonald's Pelican Park never seems to amaze me!!! If there food is not bad... Then it's bad service with attitude!!! I have little kids but they enjoy a big burger meals. We ordered a Big Mac and Qtr pounder with cheese regular meals. O Wow McDonald's is out of soda! They do not replace it with anything but charge full price!!! My hubby went and is not one to complain but this is just ridiculous. They take your slip at the window so that you cannot call back and query!!! Very dissapointed customer! The reason why I keep going back here is because they are just a stone throw away from where I live. Please do something about this! I await a response
I am utterly disgusted in Clicks Pelican Park. I frequent this store as it is convenient and close to home. I purchased 2products but was incorrect. I lost my slip and went there to ask if they could assist me. I get home from work after 5 everyday but luckily they close at 6. I asked if they couldn't see the sale via my clicks card and I was told by the manager that the club card center closes at 4:30 and that they would have to call them. I asked if they could not assist any other way as I get home this time everyday. I have no use for the product and I dumped it in the bin in front of the manager. In no way was he willing to assist by even taking down my number to see what he could do. I understand that it was almost closing but it is still working hours. I would like to know what will be done about this as I am the loser now. I'm very irate at the moment!!!
So apparently Nedbank had issues with there internet banking over the weekend! All transactions and transfers done was duplicated! I call them this morning and noboday can tell me how long it will take for issue to be resolved and the person I spoke to is so insensitive and nonchalant as this is clearly just a job to them! So unacceptable! No re-assurance that I will be contacted or anything!!! Can someone please change my mind about Nedbank as I am very Irate at the moment and feel like moving banks again!!!

Always very bad service from KFC Maitland, why give the option to phone in your order for collection at a certain time and to get there and still have to wait so long! Reason for the 'convenience' is because i only get 30min lunch and cant waste time to wait on a order that was pre-ordered! Not cool!!!
Firstly they dont answer their phone for so long because 'they busy' then when we do get through they are rude and unhelpful! I have worked his hospitality for so long myself and that is definitely not the attitude to have! This is not the first time I have e issues with this branch but we work in Maitland and it convenient...or at least suppose to be!
