The product Franke produces is second to none, Their website is an absolute mess, a good spec cannot be easily found, such a let down
I was offered an upgrade to my cell phone contract, which I accepted. I was told that it would be delivered by the 18/11. it was not due to them not having stock. On the 20/11 I was then informed that it would be delivered by that day but to the wrong address, I informed the courier who informed me it would be delivered that day to the correct address, they failed to deliver. I have now been put in a position that the phone will be returned to vodacom. As far as I am concerned they must take their phone and contract and shove it right up their ****
After being broken into I have tried to claim. Every time I speak to the claims agent in charge of my case a new hurdle is put in my way. There is little honesty as they do not want to give a full list of criteria. There is little communication, and you need to beg to get any progress. You get treated as a second rate citizen and a child. You are made to feel as if you are the cause of the burglary. This has been escalated to the claims manager who has sent apology emails but it feels little more than lip service. For Context I claimed for a vehicular accident a few weeks ago with the same insurer and the service was unbelievable. There is no consistency.
This business of 2 to 3 days for an eft to clear is seriously out of date. It should be done immediately.
They have one of the most bull**** support services. I have been without internet for nearly a week now. I cant run my business like this. How ****ing useless.
I have had no internet for the past 48 hours. I have tried making contact with Rain support. I have sent a email to them. With no response. I run a business with their internet and it's now costing me money.
They didn't have stock of what I wanted, but were very eager to take my money. They ordered in my shoes. This was 2 weeks ago.Ever since then I have been waiting to collect. I have been in no less than 3 times and I get the same excuse every time. I should have ordered from takealot it would have been far quicker.
Thisis the second time in a week i have had to complain about this company, I will never recommend them. I had my internet cut off due to them losing a contract with MTN which they admit too. I was then instructed to take the router to Cell C hemingways which I did, the consultants then proceeded to wrongly issue the router which now wont allow them to book it into their system this is now on going for nearly 3 months and they are still billing me, and this is after repeated threats to start a civil case against them.
I had the absolute displeasure of having to cancel a contract due to the fact that Cell C cut coverage in my area, when they realised the issue a month later they then said I need to return my router which I did, the issue started with the fact that the router was issued incorrectly and displays as still in their stock on the system, I have been billed 2 months in a row for internet i did not get, while they knew full well of the issue. When you Go to Cell C Hemingways store you are made to feel as if this is not their isssue and is rather your problem. I will never recommend Cell C in any way shape or form
