Amazon Prime subscription impossible to cancel
Amazon makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. The offer is sold with a 'cancel anytime' policy but try to cancel - it is impossible. There have been numerous court cases against Amazon Prime for this.

Verimark iPlay Glow Tracks - poor quality and apparently not covered by Verimark quality promise
Verimark carries the quality promise listed below. I bought the I play glow tracks. In the first day the wheels came off. So I replaced the car; which again the wheels came off. I again bought another car just to see the joy in my son’s face which again after 2 days the wheels came off. I went to Verimark only to be told ‘toys are not covered by the Verimark promise’. However the Verimark promise was in the box of every car. The right to receive goods of good quality - All Verimark goods carry at 15 days money back guarantee, at least a 6 month warranty but in most instances a manufacturer’s warranty exceeding the 6 month period depending on the goods. Pathetic customer service from Cool Ideas
Customer Service is pathetic. Even after escalating to the General Manager, Leeroy Joyce, service has gone from bad to worse.
