I have purchased a battery at Sasolburg Battery Centre in March 2022. The battery died after 23 months and still under two year warranty. When returning to the place where I've bought it, I was told they do not sell that brand of batteries (ENERTEC) and they refuse to cover warranty over it or replace my battery. However I proved that I bought it at their store since it was engraved by them (SBC 30/03/2022). I also provided a proof payment via my bank statement. The franchisee (Teboho Mokebe) understood my claim and forwarded my claim to BATTERY CENTRE head office. My claim was handled by Philisile (083 448 5533 / philisile.lawu@battery.coza) at the head office who stated that I had no claim since I bought a brand in their branch, which is not their brand. I further wrote an e-mail to Philisile and followed up with a phone call to her to ensure she got my mail. She confirmed receipt of my mail promised a response in writing to no avail.
This is a scam not a business, not practical at all . Do they really expect you not to go to work and sit at home the whole day just waiting for their delivery ? Why can't they call before coming? Mxhh Their driver was so unprofessional and rude. What a bad service

I applied for re issue of my diploma in 2020 . Since 2021 I have been waiting for a call from them but nothing. I went every month since June till today to check it , still nothing. The college staff is very rude
Ordered and paid for group shipping for my parcel to be delivered door to door. When I track my order is says it with Nomsa whatsup her (0731756035). she said she didn't receive it, I must whatsapp Leon(+8613122975183). He kept on saying my parcel its on the way. So frustrated

Since last week I made a claim and waiting for my payout. Now they are saying I should wait to bury my loved after 3 months. What kind of disrespect is that?
I have been sent from pillar to post in order to get the letter that my loan is settled . Called and emailed Wilfred Ndebele (011 560 5693) without any luck . Transfered to Monray (011 560 6191) number is always off . Sent them both emails on WilfredN@mbdinc.co.za and monraym@mbdinc.co.za still no reply .
