My Rating is with regards to Peugeot franchise at Midbay Motors in Richards bay. The Peugeot franchise has the best management I have ever seen; they always listen to the complaints and help with finding the correct solutions. They are always actively trying to assist where they can. Always Friendly and they always deliver on time. Will 100% recommend them. Midbay Management PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Your Service Manager at the Peugeot Franchise is always friendly and helpful, please send the guys from VW to learn from him. (I also own a VW) The DP is also always on the floor and helpful with requests. Please Model the rest of your dealerships accordingly and you will be extremely successful. THANK YOU MIDBAY PEUGEOT FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SEVICE.
Outsurance. You are full of lies. I previously did a review on your bad service. The gentleman i spoke to agreed that my car rental can be extended to 20 days if needed. Now when it come to exstending you are telling me it cant be done. I will not recomend you to anybody else ever again. Lies lies lies. I have asked for all the recordings to be sent to me regarding my claim but I am already waiting over 2 weeks for it. I NEED A SENIOR MANAGER TO CALL ME URGENTLY.
If I could give a -100 star review I would have. Been a client with outsurance for many years. When it comes to claim they dont assist you as the client... They look for all the shortcuts that suits them... Please guys rather go to discovery or king price.... cause that is where I will end up after my claim is settled.
If i could give a zero I would. Your consultants are useless and dont know their job, or how to advise. Please contact me ASAP Discovery?
Best buying experience I ever had. Best service I ever had. VW South Africa please take note the salesman that sold me the car is a 1 in 1000 000 type off employee, that went the exstra mile for me. Thanks Letitia for your effort in getting my approval done and your assistance with helping Mahen deliver the Vehicle to me in record time. VW SA please take note and appreciate the above mentioned employees. Service like this will make it easy for me to select my next vehicle. VW all the way.
False advertizing They advertised a laptop deal for R399. After returning to the Richardsbay Branch numerous times I got told they dont have the pricing code on that laptop. The Manager at Richardsbay branch was also not helpfull at all. Just got told by mtn online that that laptop was priced wrong and cant be given at that price. The Manager at Richardsbay branch was not honest about this to me. I have been a mtn client for more than 10 years, but will definitely move all my contracts with my next upgrade. Service is -1000 out of 10 . And I wont recomend them to anybody. I really hope MTN top management sees this. Please note the rating of -1000 out of 10.

TOP Management please take note that the two gentlemen mentioned obove made that I have had the best experience ever when buying a Car. Cant get hold of retentions department to sort out the mess they caused. Bad bad bad service from MTN.
Please contact me about the poor service at BP John Ross in Richardsbay. Only client present still takes more than 20 mins to fill up. You are by the looks of things running a 23 and a half hour service not 24 hours as advertised
No one even contacted me about the below issue. I cant keep using my airtime to hold in a Call centre to follow up on my complaint I am very sad about the treatment from my bank. 15 Jun 2020, 07:49 Bad service from homeloan department FNB Very bad service with homeloan department regarding payment holiday, did all paper work more than 15 working days ago, no feedback even after phoning them 2 times already. Never even paid one instalment late or short and this is the treatment i get after being with FNB for more than 13 years.
