I’m truly frustrated and disappointed to have to write this review, especially since this is the second time I’ve faced the same issue, despite raising a complaint the first time around. Recently, I attempted to purchase a voucher at Game store Rosebank, but after waiting for over 15 minutes with no assistance, it became clear that no manager was available to authorize the transaction. I was left with no explanation or help from anyone accept that mangers are busy at the moment , which is completely unacceptable. Game stores used to have a clear and organized management structure with Admin Managers, Distribution Managers, Store Managers, Floor Managers, and Sales Managers, all ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. However, from my recent experience, it seems like that structure is now lacking, which is incredibly disappointing. The cashiers were not well-trained enough to provide a reasonable explanation for the delays or offer a better excuse. Instead, it felt like they were simply trying to cover up the fact that there is a lack of managerial support. This made the situation even more frustrating, as I had to leave the store feeling like my time and concerns weren’t valued. I can’t help but wonder if external factors, such as the US tariffs on South Africa, have affected the way Game stores are being run. Regardless of the reason, this kind of service is unacceptable, and it's disheartening to see such a decline in customer support. I sincerely hope Game takes this feedback seriously and works on addressing the operational issues in their stores. Customers should not have to experience this level of frustration when trying to make simple purchases. Please bring back the customer service that Game used to be known for.
Who fault is it,when de system is offline I.mean it look like de is dis tendency when u buy voucher to say de system is offline 🤔 to me it look like either cashiers don't wanna help or lazy to request 3rd eye .If voucher don't make profit for game dey must refain from selling it simple. Not to mislead us
Greetings A special thanks to all Charlotte Maxeke stuff members. The ICU ward have the treatment capacity and capability to compete with private hospitals, It was after I was moved from ICU that I started realizing that I was a public hospital, never the less the treatment was good communication was undertood a bit later I think the interpersonal skill and communication should be strengthen during trainings and cleaness need a bit of improvement, the toilets needs someone who can constently check them or monitor them, unless if itvis budget issue because the was never consistency in the male toilet. You can't never get them clean for just one day. Other than that we had a good understanding with the sister as every information unfolds and ward 377 became a happy place. But it would be unfair of me to not Mention Mr Khoza I think he is one of the male Nursers "Consistency, Perfectionist, On point,On time, Interpersonal skilled, exceptional and mostly a wonderful human being" Also to mention the physio " Tshegofatso" the best human mortivater ever nd the wits students physio "Mellisa"is her name I think she left .Ntsibi "Male nurse" for being motivational it did help, Sister Zondo for saying my legs and hands are not brocken I can walk nd use them, was offended at 1st but thats the reason why I speedily recovered and all thanks to her. The OBC in Hammanskraal is the worst, they don't check expeary date,When I returned the expires maize that I bought, they didn't care to apologize mine you I used money to come back,The only dedicated personal are cashiers and mostly security as they are visible and willing to help as for the manager you will never see who manager or attend to customer complains bur it made sense when the store is empty compared ro the supermarket near by being Spa and checkers.
All thnx to Alijah Mukuwevho in Shoprite polokwane in Grobler nd LandrossMare the guy is very patient passionate 😀 nd dedicated.considering the time I came for shopping when all the tiles are closing he waited and assisted fether more people even though the was a close sign ,I have never seen such in all shoprites I even been in he is such star.
Complement to Mr Frans I think he is the manager or controller for speeding up the service by checking that the is no qure in one till and referring us to different tills and the pie side for assistance and complement to the cashier Frengrlinah for her patience especially with the voucher we know how cashiers can be impatient with that, great service by Shoprite Polokwane in LandrossMare thumb up and Winnie in pie side not bad either
Best service from Lerato she has being helpful to everyone in the store, was there to collect laybye and she busy assisting other customers I think they were buying a phone but the she still manage to also check with us if we have been assisted personally I think her collique can learn more from her she Retail orientated thumb up to het and mum Lucy at de door very patient nd helpful
What a five star treatment by Tshifiwa at Mr price Polokwane.went to buy a Jean and only 2 find out dat I could get 2 on special for R300 it was true his sales and awareness skill Danko
I have been to Pick n Pay Jubilee mall the was just lots of wrong pricing on the promoted items and when I got to the till my change didn't make sense we had to redo the whole grocery it was mostly snacks on the 5 September because it was my birthday but what I really like it is how the matter was handled especially by de lady with brown dyed hair I think she is the manager she pationately intervain and sorted everything out after that I was happy with my change the pricing and how the cashier the manager and I think the other one was a supervisor how they handle the matter without being judgemental,The only thing though I think they must just educated or inform the workers especially the cashiers about promotion items because in some store the cashiers will even assist u and say why don't u buy this item bcz it is on promotion they will market the promoted items and before u know it everything is sold out.like I said for me the way the handled the matter it is what makes me happy 😊
I was very disappointed about how my pregnant wife was mistreated by the Mr price Jubilee mall workers in their manager presence,My wife had good intentions of doing a laybuy for our 3 kids since it is to wats the festives but she added up becoming a laughing stock in front of other customers and after long cures. what disappointed me more is how the matter was handled after we complain on Twitter. The was never an invite for her to come and do the shopping 🛍 under supervision of management and the same culprit who was in the store when the situation occurred was one of the people handling the matter after the complain which makes it more disappointing. We don't expect freebies but it could have made more sense if we were invite to come do our shopping peacefully under the supervision of Management more likely from head office and pay whatever we wanted bcz we had already budgeted for that.
