It was quick and eas...
It was quick and easy to get a quote and thier price was R700 less compared to the quote I received from another car insurance, I would definitely recommend outsurance.

Hotel ****
I made a booking with a confirmation number 4845202078 during the month of June and paid R3800 deposit for or November 2024. Last week of August my mother in-law passed away and after the funeral the family choose a date of 30 November 2024 for cleansing and when the elders have decided no one can dispute a date and I called the hotel and asked them to change the date of my booking and was advised to cancel and make a new booking which I did and now they refuse to refund my R3800 and tell me that they are doing me a favour I should pay the full amount they don't make cancellations or change dates, by taking my R3800 is actually them waiving. On the 3rd September I got an email which said Gooderson Tropicana hotel has agreed to waive the cancellation fee on this occasion. You will not be charged for this cancellation. But now they are refusing to refund or change dates

Was assisted by a cashier by the name of Kat and she went to an extra mile to make sure that i get the shoes at the price that was mistakenly labeled on the shoes even though it wasn't her fault but she took responsibility

Theft at pick n pay daveyton
Please be careful when you go to pick n pay at daveyton. A friend of mine lost a phone inside the store and they refused to show her the futage of who stole it. When she went to the police station to report it she was told that she will be lucky if she gets it back and worst part it that she was relaxed when walking around the store because it was mostly staff packing groceries.

Fraud at telkom carnival mall
Careful when you go to telkom carnival mall, I went there to change my personal details because a debit order did not go through I used to get paid on the 25th but now it's last day of the month but now apparently I have renewed a contract worsed part is that I had taken another router with a knowledge that a contract was close to 24 months and now I'm paying for 2 router's and they don't help me with the fraud. I even went to police stations and made a statement and emailed to them but nothing. From March to September nothing is happening. A 2 years contract has turned to 3-4 years.

Edgar's charging me for services I did not ask and don't even benefit
I went to JMT brakpan tsakane shop 40, tsakane shopping center last week and as I enter the store I was stopped by an agent asking if I have an account with them, he is doing a promotion I will get free airtime he is going to give me a vodacom sim card all he needs is my card. And I agreed the next thing I find out a week later than money will be deducted from my account every month and I can't cancel and worst part is I did not get that airtime. I'm being charged for airtime that I'm not even receiving
