Last year I started using your day and night vitamin serum and it was treating my dark spots well up until I bought it again in may and I had an allergic reaction whereby my face was swollen, itching, red and made my skid very dry, I then reported this on hello Peter and a lady by the name of “ Theresa Gwangwa” rep**** to me via email and asked that I send “Contact number Batch codes Full products names of products used Proof of purchase” Of which I did but she never got back to me after I sent all of this. I then threw away those products which made me angry and left me heart broken that I wasted my money, in October I went to buy the same products again and this time around nothing happened, I then thought maybe the batch I bought in May was *******ed in a way. I used those products till they were finished. In December 2026 I bought the products again and guess what it gave me an allergic reaction again and this time it was worse cause my eyes were so big I couldn’t even see when driving. Can someone please plain why this is happening cause it doesn’t make sense to me, if I could attach my pictures id do so , so that you can see how I looked like in December. Your products are label as “tested to be used on all skin types” so why am i allergic to it and why advertise tha it’s for all skin types if its not
Pie city maponya mall doesn’t even deserve this 1 star, I went to piec city in maponya mall to buy me and my kids pies cause we’ve been craving for some steak and kidney and we were beyond disappointed, it was all dough no meat whatsoever. I bought the even and bright vitamin C booster serum. Batch code 3610340666971 I bought the even and bright night booster serum. Batch code 360054256165 (28Y300) , I’ve used the day serum for more than 3 months and then I saw the night serum I then though I’d try it out but it gave me an allergic reaction which I then escalated via email and got a response saying to send my proof of payment along with the names of the products I bought and the batch numbers of which I did and till today no response from garnier. on 5th of June i called in and spoke to a lady named Gugulethu Mavuso and i must say i am very very disappointed with her services. I called in the get prescription letters and she advised me that id get them within 24 hours which was the following day however i didn't get the letters, i then called on the 9th and i was told that must wait 7/10 working days , i sent emails to Gugulethu but she never rep**** to any of my emails. she also sent me an email on 5th confirming that il get the letters after 24 hours but that hasn't happened. Please teach your advisors about honesty and integrity and how to treat clients, clients should not have to run after advisors for help but should get help as soon as they need it. this 1 star was given cause its the lowest rating but she deserves a 0
I am forever disappointed with the services that we get at dlamini shoprite , most tills are always closed and the ques are long. You stand in a que for 30 minutes while the tellers are taking their time to service us. The floor manager is as useless as the tellers. It will be month end and you’ll find only 3 tills opened and the rest are closed. Sometimes in order for those tills to be open customer have to screen and shout at the tellers or the floor manager. There’s super store which is a store owned by Chinese and trust me no matter how long the que is you’ll never wait for more than 5 minutes in the que because they are very fast. You can go to shoprite to buy just bread but you’ll spend 30 minutes or more at the shop. Please do something, get a new floor manager that will manage the floor not one that will always be at the tea room siping on tea
I recently interacted with someone named vui nazo through the messenger chat room and I must say I’m very disappointed and angry. This person was of no help and they did was to read my texts and not reply to any of my texts. Why was this platform created if your employees are not willing to help us via this channel? You need to train your staff and monitor this platform because this is unacceptable at all I can’t be on the line with someone for an hour and all they do is to read my texts and not respond let along help me. I’m 2017 I took out a WiFi plan with telkom and when we spoke over the phone the lady specifically said that these services were a pay and view services and said if we don’t pay we don’t get any connection, we then proved and asked her if this was like dstv where by if we don’t pay we don’t get any services and that we can terminate the services at anytime and she replied and said yes and went to say that this was not a contract and emphasised that we can terminate at anytime. To my surprise when I called in to terminate the services I was told that I’d be billed for that month, mind you I didn’t have any internet connection but was still billed. I then requested that they go back and lister to the call recording of the day of activation and listen to what I was told. I have still been waiting for the call recording and I’m tired of calling your call center cause all they tell me is that they will escalate the matter but they never come back to me with feedback it’s now been 2 if not 3 years and I’ve been fighting this matter. To make things worse telkom has now put up a default under my name which reflects on my credit profile which is all a load of bull because I don’t owe you guys anything. It’s not my fault that you have incompetent people working for you at the call center who misled customers and sell them lies. Telkom is a scam and is expensive while your service delivery sucks, for such a big company to scam people is such a disappointment. I demand that you guys get that call recording and listen to that call so that you can clear my name. I’m tired of receiving calls asking me to pay for something that I don’t owe so sort out this mess
I’m very disappointed in deboniars maponya mall I placed my order around 7:18 and till now 8:41 they haven’t delivered I even called in to confirm that they got my order cause I didn’t get an sms to confirm my order was received. I now have to eat bread and eggs and go to sleep. Your service sucks
In 2018 September my husband and I opened a fraud case at moroka saps We are not satisfied with how our case is been handled and feel that moroka saps is not doing their job. I’ve escalated this matter countless times to the saps complaints dept who then referred me to col Moabelo who also I feel failed us in helping us resolve our problem. While moroka was investigating our case there are leads that they never bothered to follow which led to the case still been under investigation, our main main problem is the lack of communication from from IO handling our case who doesn’t bother contacting us to let us know what’s happening, the only way we will know what’s going on is if we call in to ask about the case but we still don’t get enough feedback from IO nor do we get any info from her superior who we’ve communicated with countless times as well as the station commander. Who do we trust to help us in our point of need if the people who are supposed to help us drag their feet and don’t go all out to make sure that we get the help we need from them. People end up been blamed for taking the law into their own hands but what are we to do if our police force is failing us? Who are we going to run too when crimes are been committed? Please step in and help us out, we lost a lot of money which we worked hard for and feel that it can be recovered provided that moroka saps does what’s supposed to be done. We even requested our case be moved to a different station due to the fact that it landed in protea saps and when it was there a lot of things were uncovered by IO sebone who would call and update us and had the fire that’s required when dealing with people but it was taken back to moroka where there was nothing but the dark
