I purchased and had a 5kw single fase Deye Inverter installed Sept 2023 - no Solar, just a single battery. There were some teething issues, but eventually it worked. After a serious power outage February this year it did not fully load the battery and did not 'see' the house - if it switched from Eskom Feed to Inverter there was no power in the house. The technician came and did something with ***** drivers opening up the unit and some settings and after that the battery charge showed 100% again and the inverter worked. Now after a serious outage two weeks ago I have the same issue - does not charge fully and if I switch from Eskom to inverter - no power. The installer says its not their fault or faulty equipment, its just how it works... I cannot believe that.. then Deye inverters are not the answer. They only work while the battery has power... after that they need expert TLC at a cost of R500 per hour.
Advertise a bluetooth headband with dual speakers and then send you completely different inferior product with one speaker claiming it looks a little different than on the ENTIRELY misleading picture. Send it back and they send me the same item again... and have now tried for the THIRD time to sent me an item that is clearly falsely represented on the website.
Second time they have 'actived' an unsolicited Disney+ subscription on my account within a WEEK! That is *****. Cannot subscribe me for a pay-service without my consent. ***????
I ordered KN95 face masks for a specific time senstive purpose. I received the masks yesterday (31 Oct 2022) but noticed that the masks have expired - they expired 20 April 2022. I have logged the return, including the picture of the expiry date. Their answer is a ... we're sorry.. our suppliers messed up. It will take two/three days to collect and process the return and then we will log a request to have you refunded. We cannot replace as we first need to access the return and then only order from alternative supplier, which means the delivery can take place only after that. We're sorry you are left without a usable product but we will refund you in due course. Effectively making their problem mine. No "Can we perhaps provide you with a suitable alternative from our current stock and make an effort to get it to you on time." Just.. we're kinda sorry we f@cked up.. have a nice day.. we hope you find what you need in time and somewhere else. Your cheque is in the mail.
Never ever deal with Cell C. A comedy of errors in their billing dept (which they admit) has ended up with a debt collector situation for a invoice I never received and PAID the very day I did receive it a month later (hence the 'arrears') after I was told that the funds would have been deducted via debit order, but they changed it to manual payment without informing me of sending me the invoice. Now they give me the run-around all over the place to try and clear this up. The debt collector attorney they are reffering met to is NOT even the same one that contacted me.. ***???? If you value your credit record DO NOT sign anything with a cell c logo on it. You will regret it.
Stole my money - incorrect debit order of R3096 instead of contracted R2100. Did not collect Debit order for June/July due to THEIR tech issues, collected R3096 just now for three months June/July/Aug which was supposed to be R699 x 3 = R2100. Last debit Order was 25 May … I’m going to dispute this transaction!
I have a LegalESS fee on my account that I did not consent to at all - they incorrectly upgraded me (which I had to have reversed), incorrectly started the upgrade early, so that it ran concurrent with my existing contract and to add insult to injury added this LegalIESS fee to BOTH contract "instances" - R36.43 + 43.47 ex VAT which I did not consent to at all. The service centre does not know what it is... and cant remove it either... What The Heck???? The apparently did reverse the incorrect upgrade - cant see proof of that on the app yet, promised a credit for the incorrect resulting billing and debit order... But whats up with this LegalESS? I want it GONE! Did not ever ask for it or agreed to it... Its not even under my VASservices that I can remove... nada.
The service advertises "High-quality, suitable, professional partner suggestions " and educated singles. However as a person with a post-grad degree they 'matched' me with Prison wardens, handy men, Textile technician, mechanics and builders (contraction work? Is that even a thing?). I speficied a very high salary requirement, NONE of these would meet that, nor do they meet the batchelors degree criteria I specified. I also asked for no kids... this is also ignored. This is not the calibre partners expected from the advert, nor for the R2300 for three months subscription fee. Their answer when I complained - just ignore the unsuitable partners, we aim to give you as wide a range as possible from our JOINT database of Academic Singles and B2 users. I have cancelled the service and they have confirmed cancellation and that I will not receive further billing. I' ve got that in writing and am holding them to that. HOWEVER - DONT use them if you expect high calibre candidates - you're better off trolling your local hardware store... or second hand motor vehicle parts joint. ACADEMIC few and far between... The one GEOLOGIST did not even know what Blind leading the Blind meant... I rest my case. NOOOOT the sharpest tools in the shed.
