I have had the worst experience with Bosch Home Appliances. I received a Silvet Bosch dishwasher as a gift. About 3 months ago I notice that the paint on the display panel is fading and the white underneath is starting to show. I called Bosch at the end of October, told them about the discoloration (for a lack of a better word), and ask what I can do. The lady told me I must buy a new panel, and also said I must put it in an email. Which I did on the 01 Nov 2024. I haven't heard anything from their Client Care devision (bsh@iopen.co.za). I followed that up with another email on the 26 Nov 2024. I was copied into an email from Sonyaga Mahibila, just saying Hi Derek, please assist with below. I was than ask to send photos, which I did. I also explained as I had Bosch Dishwashers for more than 20 years, I never use any chemicals only a warm cloth to wipe the surface. I was again copied in from Sontaga Mahibila, that I was negligent using the wrong cleaning products that was infected by an inferior chemical hazard like bleach, handy Andy......etc and thar the matter will be escalated to management. Than with feedback and conclusion. I haven't heard anything after that. I am appalled to say the least at the client service and make out to be a **** is the worst for me Regards Leonie Erasmus
I have never had such had service from a company ever. Santam client reverse into my car, and it's been a nightmare getting my car to be fixed. They as you to submit the same documents over and over and over. When you try to contact the person in this case Shirley Matloa, she never response. Just an email asking the same documents. And my car is still not fixed. Absolutely appalling how a company like Santam can give such bad service.

After having the worst experience at TREK Durbanville, we went to Spesialized Bike in Edward Street Durbanville and what an Amazing experience. Me and my 2 sisters where met by a guy named Mike. Wow Kudos for service, he listened to what we where looking for, showed us the bikes for our skills set. Ask around at other shops, helped us picking out the best shoes and just generally delivered THE MOST AMAZING SERVICE anyone could ask for.
My two sisters and I shopped for a mountain bike Saturday15 August, walked into TREK in Durbanville with such high spirits and was met with the most arrogant, self righteous and possibly racist salesman ever. We even approached him telling him that we found his behavior unacceptable and he just said why don't you go to Game or Macro and go find yourself a R3000 bike. We walked out of the shop hurt, deflated and very very sad.

The worst service. Trying to return a blunt knife set, where the paint on the knifes handles are peeling off. Their response I can buy a knife sharpener and they can take the paint off, but than it will be silver knifes
