I placed a birthday order for a relative and have used Netflorist before on many occasions. This is now the 2nd time they didnt include a card and I had a card and message included for the gift. The order was delivered to the neighbour as relative wasn't home however there was no card and message as per my order
Worst experience ever from any bank. Dealing with their homeowner insurance department and their homeloans department has been frustrating and beyond exhausting! I cancelled my homeowners insurance and yet have still been invoiced despite numerous emails and conversations confirming that it woulf not happen!
I placed an order for 2 items one was delivered ovrr aweek ago. The tracking shows that th3 other item was delivered and shipment is complete this tracking status chanbed when i lodged a complaint. The call centre is absolutely useless! I havd lost all faith in ordering online from this company. JDG is teh company that bought incredible connectiom and eho runs the call centre. I have been calling more thwm once per day for past week and they cannot located my order. I have sent several emails and whatsapp messages.
Pathetic level servics. Unfortunately nominated by Nedbank however would not recommend this law firm. Unprofessional staff, don't follow up on discussions , dont return calls , have to send several reminders on emails and no response. They seem to be clueless about things they should have the expertise in.
Ordered and paid but it's been over a month and goods have not been received. Supplier avoids taking my calls. He does business in SA but based in India. On a previous order I had the same issue that was for one item and was refunded. this order is for several items and the supplier refuses to redund. Pls stay clear from buying from this company they are bad news
I had purchased their 3D colorsilk hair dye x 2 packs. When I opened the one box there was residue at the bottom of the box hence I have a bit skeptical to use this as it seems to have leaked out of the bottle.i sent pics to Revlon and have been trying to call them on their nbr but there's no answer and no response back on email. Very disappointed
Hi I have exhausted all avenus in getting assistance from Vodacom I have tried to cancel my contract which is a month to month contract for the past 3 months now. I have done so via email and telephone and to the complaints department and today date nothing has been done and I continue to be billed by Vodacom. Really bad service and I will not use them for any further contracts
I have not had a response on emails complaints Furthermore the paving bricks which were removed by the plumbing company allocated by your office has not been put back, one pipe has a big gap around it which looks untidy and the pressure of the water from the tap is very low. When one opens a tap then the other taps are affected and this was not an issue , there definitely seems to be some adjustment required or an installation issue. Please urgently response before I escalate these problems Claim Numbers: CO ********** 51654 AND CO ********** 50878 I am hugely disappointed with the service from your company, About a month ago whilst my family and I were at home burglars were on my property and attempted to steal copper pipes. They cut pipes but didn’t get to remove all as we were home and contacted our alarm company who immediately reacted. At the time I asked insurance to replace the pipes as that would be a deterrent to the thieves as they knew there was more copper pipes on my property and would be back for them. Your company refused to entertain or offer any alternative solution. Also your office didn’t call us to follow up or give any indication on the progress of the claim and we had to make numerous calls to find out what was the status. You appointed SK Plumbers who were unprofessional. The one guy opened the tap wide and wasted water in order to test if the geyser was operational. He also didn’t even have the tap in the direction of the hot water as it’s a mixer and had the tap centralised. I rated your office poorly a rating of 1 and yet no one at your company bothered to pick up the phone and find out why! This weekend as predicted we were the victims of another incident. That’s twice in a month. This time we arrived home to find all copper pipes and taps removed. This time I asked your company (the staff that work after hours sound like they are asleep and could not answer a simple question) not to use SK Plumbers and the operator advised that Nedbank only has 2 plumbers for the area in which I live it. I find that shocking. Nevertheless PJ Plumbers were allocated to the 2nd claim and I expected better. We made arrangements to take leave from work to get the plumbing sorted today as we have been without hot water and only one toilet and on tap connected for past 4 days. PJ plumbers told us they would be at our premises around 8h30 to 9 after 3 calls to their office the staff arrived at 10am! No courtesy call to say that they were running late and why. Had Nedbank listened to my requests in the first place your office and I could have saved money if all of this was done in the first instance. I now have to pay excess twice , take time off work and go through the aggravation of having my property invaded for the second time! I expect to hear back from you. I have tried on 3 occasions to call your office now and was cut off each time first time the guy was checking for me what was claimed for as PJ Plumbers mentioned the painting would be sorted at those places were the paint was removed when pipes were pulled off the walls but their guys on site aren’t aware of this and had to break a few tiles to put in the pipes. Who will replace that and the paint? I expect you to send me the quotes that were submitted by both plumbers and what was approved by Nedbank. I am sure I could have got this done at less the amount. I have been a Nedbank customer for 20 years now or even more and have not had to put in claims often. I may have done so once before but my experience with your company has not been a good one,
