I have an arrangement with DMC debt collectors for two accounts Truworths and Mr Price. I am paying them as per the arrangement. However to my horror they have duplicated my accounts on ITC and Experian and also stating I am not paying and in arears. This is messing up my account and scores.I tried to reason with the consultants and management however they are refusing and say I have to wait months before it is corrected.I am paying but they are not doing their part and worse off duplicating my accounts and creating more accounts then there should be
1 star is not eve appropriate to rate them. I am battling with Lewis for over 10 months now. I opened an account with a principle debt of R15 000 including interrest its been over a year that I am paying however only R1000 came down on my principle debt.So if interrest is charged in the principle debt why are we still paying additional interest every month. Also I am paying forced insurance and they tell me I cannot cancel it where have you heared of something like that. They add my installments to interest and insurance every month and no dent is made in my debt at all and I am paying R900 installment every month. I have already paid OVER R10 000 my debt remains the same. I have informed the credit ombudsman also. I regret ever making a purchase there.

When I was retrenched I could not afford the installment and instead of FNB doing the work and ensured that the policy was processed and I was looked after for the months they forced a Covid Loan down my throat as well.I am battling with that Covid Loan as well as I simply cannot pay these interest and high amounts.I am seeking legal help as I feel FNB has really failed me here in all aspects and put me further down in life if not they have actually ruined my life.I am 45 years old and failing my kids in life as I cannot get study loans because of what FNB did to me.Worst part is I have reached out to them and it is just brushed off in such a bad manner.I am at with end and dont know what to do any further.I am thinking of taking this to TV shows that can maybe help me as FNB even though the slogan says how can we help you does not want to help me at all.
Experian not like all credit bureas provides horrible service.VCCB came back to me before 20 days and they are very good. Experian on the other hand its e mail after e mail woth not even an acknowledgement e mail. What kind of service do you call this.Even if you call you hold on your whole airtime finish. Discovery thanks for being a leader in ripping people off. I pay over R12K every month for medical contributions today I cannot have my daughters tonsils remove cause on Key care its not a acceptable ICD code from 1 Jan 2024.Consultant say nothing I can do
I bought rotten meat at Pick N Pay.We sent through a complaint and they have received the complaint.They however just said we will look into it.They never came back to us with a sorry or nothing and just brushed it off.We have small kids in the house who could have easilly been poisoned by the rotten meat if we did not pick it up quickly.We bought the meat at The Glen Pick and Pay.Our Smart shopper for reference is 7353 2803 4354 4843
As usual I have received great service from VCCB.Always very professional and very punctual as well.True to their word always.The service is convenient and fast.
