Good day. I was very dissapointed with the service recieved from Kai Thai Spa today. I booked a session yesterday 7 Nov 2025 for today the 8 Nov 2025 at 7 pm via a phone call. I recieved a confirmation via SMS that the booking is confirmed. Confirmation: Your appointment is booked with Kai Thai Spa Randburg on Saturday, 08-11-2025 at 19:00. There was no communication for purchasing a voucher online and payments only to be done via card or eft. As I arrived for the session I was asked for the voucher, which I didn't have and proceeded to purchase it online but couldn't complete the purchase because I only had cash. This could have been told to me when I made the booking. I had to return home after spending fuel and wasting my time. I really was looking forward to it and cancelled my appointments for the afternoon so that I could make it for the session. After watching the tik Tok video's about Kai Thai Spa , I booked the session. The lady at the reception was also very unpleasant and it seemed as they were not interested in helping. This first impression was appalling.
After paying the registration fee they reject your application and keep the registration funds upto 10 days. Bad business ethics
The deposit paid is only returned exactly after 10 days not as they claim within 7 days. They will only return it at the last possible moment.
The worst customer service I've ever had. I called to lodge a claim but instead was transferred around to departments for 20 mins.
Very poor customer service. Waited for 4 hours despite being there as soon as they opened. If you planning to go there estimate at least 4 to 5 hours or even longer. Poor communication as you are told to sit in your car and wait for someone to assist you.
My parcel was in the delivery vehicle for 3 days and still not delivered. The worst courier service I have encountered. I have phoned them for the past 3 days and each day they promise it will be delivered before 5.30 pm.
N0 customer service at all. Their only objective is selling their sim cards.

I signed up for Roshmed hospital plan and paid the first month's premiums. Unfortunately I ran into trouble with finances and couldn't afford it. After requesting to cancel the 20% contribution to the fund was deducted and from R7000 I was left with R5600 which was supposed to be returned to me. That's how the fund works. After cancelling the contract only R1100 was returned. I was told there would be a cancellation fee of R2500, then too I should have got R2600. Even if we do consider unpaid debit order fees for 6 months it cannot equate to R1500? If this scheme was for the benefit of the people, then what justifies the cancellation fees and exorbitant unpaid debit order fees?
