The service Scorpion provided to me was very poor. No updates, no call answering, no response to emails. There is no attention paid/dedicated for your case. You get one update per year provided that you push for that update, if you keep quiet, Scorpion also keep quiet, especial my legal advisor who handled my case. I lodged only one case after being with Scorpion for over 27 years, which Scorpion failed to assist me. Therefore, it is a n absolute waste of money and time
Centurion Mall parking vendor machines are very terrible. The Mall advertised parking to be free for less than 30 minutes. If it happens that you leave the Mall within 30 minutes, the vendor machines display "Unreadable Ticket...". You call for assistance through the vendor machine which will also take minutes to be answered and thereafter you will be told to remove the ticket whereby you will be issued another ticket for R10. If you park for over 30 minutes your ticket is accepted with a stipulated price and don't experience such delays. If you are in hurry or plan for a quick shopping, avoid Centurion Mall just because of the vendor machines not the shops.
Their service is very bad. I bought a 200l geyser wise conversion kit in June 2024 which they came to install after paying 80% deposit. The system was not working, instead my geyser was leaking water whereby I had to get someone to extend the geyser drip tray pipe for leaking water to flow to the drain. Secondly, they damaged the geyser element mouth and Kyle claimed the geyser to be more than 15 yrs old which I had to produce proof that the geyser was 6 yrs old with a 10-year warranty. Thirdly, they damaged the ceiling. I offered to buy another geyser and they to install it for free, they (Perryn) gave me a quote for a geyser, installation, and other plumbing materials which I refused. I decided to cancel the deal, but Phillip came in and save me. Phillip came in January 2025 to sort out the issues. I thanked him, although this was fixed after full 6 months. If you plan to use them especially for solar products, insist that Phillip is should be part of the team.
Ofentse understood my question and assisted me. She displayed was very professional and offered other available options. I am satisfied in the manner she dealt with my issue.
