Nicholas Dyantyi was my agent, he was brilliant and I actually enjoyed dealing with him.
I am so disappointed. 3 months ago I opened a uncapped wifi contract with MTN The delivery was a complete ***** up but once I had it everything was okay for a month. In the first month of having the router, the router stopped working. I then sent the router back to mtn to try get it replaced as it is still under warranty. But after 2 months I have still had no success. The sales lady helping me has given me great service but mtn has not yet taken the router to be sorted or done anything to help. I have been paying for the contract every month without receiving any of the services I am paying for and I am now very upset. I have tried speaking to the technical department, sales reps and anyone in my power but no one can help me and if I just stopping g paying then my phone will be suspended due to it being on a linked account. I wish someone would just help me!
Mr price Vincent park. I went back three times in a row to return an item and buy new items on my account. All three times their system was offline . I needed the items for my daughter for a school heritage dress up which I then haven't been able to get now. I'm so disappointed and irritated
My Company Prestige auto made an order with Buffalo Toyota for parts specifically coming from Hino for a truck. Reference number 1198429 The part was order almost 3 weeks ago and the ETA on the part keeps changing. This is holding back business on our side and the customer is starting to become aggravated as his business is also on hold. Please can someone contact us regarding this issue and get this part to us asap. Please note we also paid cash up front for a full order of over R40k.
i have been waiting for an MTN delivery and every time they come the biometrics machine doesnt work. so therefore i cannot get my delivery. this has happened twice in a row and then i must wait for them to be back in the area. when i phone for help no one can help me, i get put through to 15 people then eventually the call cuts DSV must be the worst company iv deal with
i ordered A new contract for a home wifi router everytime they come to deliver the OTP pin doesn't come to my number and i must phone MTN all the time and i have not been helped this far. I am so angry because its wasting my time. im starting to think i must change networks
I recieved a dress as a gift for my birthday , which was to big for me. I went to exact in vincent park and was told I need the slip to exchanged and was looked at as if I stole the dress. My friend doesnt have the slip and now she has waisted her money because they refuse to help me. I am very angry because since when can you not exchange a gift if the tag is still on the item???
Since November my phone gets suspended each month. I pay on time every single month and when I phone they tell me they don't find anything wrong with my account and switch it back on but then yet again it happens. last month I spoke to a consultant for an hour and went through each and every month since I got the contract. we then proved I have no outstanding amounts and she told me she would send an email to head office and sort it out but today again it has been suspended. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the service I am receiving as an MTN customer. I ma loyal to MTN and have been for many years but this is what i get in return.
I am still waiting for someone from absa to reverse there mistake on my account. A lady named Dalphne responded to my first review but has not yet assisted after I explained what I want done as it is still not my fault and I expect it to be fixed! I am now very angry and I want someone from absa to phone me! I'm getting to the point of finding another bank!!!!!! This is disgusting service
I am disappointed in ABSA bank. They made a mistake with a debit order which was for a personal loan I have with them. Because of this mistake my account has charges of R577.75 which I was told by the complaints department that it would be canceled because it was their error. That was 3 weeks ago. I have phoned on numerous occasions since then and have been sent bank and forth between different departments and still no one can help me. I need this to be taken care of as I already am broke and this just puts a massive knock on my account. Please I just need this to be sorted out. I'm tired of fighting.iv been a loyal customer with absa for almost 10 years and this is the treatment I get in return.
