The adverts you see on TV about "happy clients" are very misleading, do not fall for the trap! Save your money and seek assistance from professional legal practitioners who will offer you quality service. I requested assistance related to a matter that I was experiencing with my municipality in August 2025 whereby the municipality was charging me absurd interests due to errors on their side. I provided Clientele with all the information and documentation that was required. They made arrangements with the municipality to settle the dispute on my behalf, I made a payment (lump sum) to the municipality as per the advise that was offered to me by Clientele. The municipality failed to fulfill their commitments as per the arrangement that was made, as a result I am still being charged absurd interests and the matter has not been resolved yet. I have been requesting Clientele to resolve the matter with the municipality since September 2025 and all they have been doing is following up for 3 months. There is no urgency to resolve the matter while I am being charged interests and my finances are being inconvenienced. I practiced patience until it got to a point where I cancelled my policy because I am getting no value for the money that I am paying towards them. Lastly cancelling a policy with them is frustrating and so unprofessional, you get told that you need to wait 5 days to hear from their manager before your policy can be cancelled. They are really a joke, stay away and have peace of mind!
I bought a Samsung S25 Ultra from MTN Lephalale Mall; I also bought the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 40mm along with the phone. They didn't have the watch in store so they gave me voucher. I retrieved the watch using the voucher and it was delivered, on delivery I realised that the watch does not fit around my wrist because the straps are too short. I reported the issue to shop and I have not been getting any assistance to resolve the matter. The staff at the store make it seem as if it is my problem and that I should sort it out on my own. I am very unhappy with the service.
I had the worst experience you can possibly imagine. I joined Cartrack on Thursday and made an appointment for the Technician to install the device on Saturday at 09h00 at the dealer. The Technician didn't show up and Cartrack didn't even bother to call and update me regarding the delayed arrival of the Technician. While making the appointment, I was told that I will be liable to pay a fine of R600 if I do not avail myself for the appointment. I had to personally call Cartrack to follow up on the delays. I waited from 09h00 until 13h00 and no one showed up. I was greatly inconvenienced and my special day was spoiled by Cartrack. I would not recommend Cartrack to anyone. I am going to terminate my policy with them and find another reputable service provider. The dealer closed at 13h00 and I was forced to leave the dealer in my brand new car without a tracker being installed.
I bought two parts for my Peugeot 206 1.4 HDI from Sebastiaan and only received one of the parts. He has been giving me the run around about the other part ever since. I have no hope that I will receive the missing part. I would not recommend anyone to buy from D2 Supply and Diagnostics. Stay away!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Sebastiaan is a conartist. He thrives from robbing people of their hard earned money. I bought 2 parts for my Peugeot through him and only received one of them. He has been giving me the runaround about the other part ever since. Don't waste your time and money, try other reputable suppliers. Don't be fooled by this buggar.
I am unhappy with the customer treatment I received from GPO. I bought a steering rack for my Peugeot 206 from them. I provided all the details of my vehicle so that I am given the correct part. The part arrived late. On arrival, I realised that the part was incorrect for my vehicle. I consulted the sales person who assisted me to enquire about how the part can be returned. My call was taken the first time when I called to complain about the incorrect part...that was the only time I was able to get told of them. I have been deliberately ignored since them and "blue ticked". I am stuck with an incorrect part which I cannot use. I am far from Heidelberg so I cannot personally go there. I would not recommend anyone to use their services.
I bought a pulley for my Peugeot 206 1.4 HDI from Peugeot Nelspruit on the 05th of November 2022 (Order number - 375099). After purchasing the part, we were told that the part would be available within four working days which meant that we would receive the part no later than the 10th of November 2022. We received no communication from Peugeot Nelspruit up to the 10th of November 2022 so we decided to drive to the store on the 12th of November 2022 to find out what was happening. By the way we live in Bushbuckridge which is approximately 75 km from the store. On arrival we were told that they were having issues with receiving all their ordered parts on time and that the matter is being delt with. We were assured that our part would arrive soon. Many days passed after that and we received no communication from Peugeot Nelspruit regarding the part. So this morning I decided to call the store to follow up on the part. I was not happy with the reception I received because I felt that there was no sense of urgency to get the part and no apologies were conveyed during the conversation. The person assisting me told me that they would call me back to confirm the delivery date; I am still waiting and I am not sure how much longer I will be waiting. The service I received was very poor and I would not refer anyone to go there after my experience. My car has been parked for almost 20 days and I have been greatly inconvenienced.
I ordered a pizza from Lephalale Mall. The order was placed at about 20h11. #58625927. The pizza was only delivered after 22h00; I was already in bed when I received the call from the driver. The driver was unapologetic about being late. His response when asked why he was late was that he had many orders. My order had missing items, the wings were not included. I only discovered this when I opened the boxes after he had left. The service I received was totally unacceptable. I wouldn't refer anyone to that restaurant.
I sent an email to help@dstv.com informing Multichoice that my father passed away and that they should cancel his account with immediate effect. They acknowledged receiving my email and provided me with a reference number: 32944093. I provided all the deceased's documentation to Multichoice to validate my request. I recently noticed that they are still debiting my late father's account when I checked his bank statement. I am really disappointed with the service I am getting from Multichoice.
I was in contact with a person who tested positive for covid 19. I started having symptoms so I decided to go for a covid 19 test at the local clinic. I tested on the 9th January 2021 and I still haven't received my results. The question will be how accurate are the statistics we see on the news everyday if it takes more than 9 days for a patient to receive his/her results. What do I tell my employer if I don't have any results to validate my covid 19 status? I am based in Mpumalanga - Bushbuckridge - Mkhuhlu.
