Payed money from my Standard bank account to their fnb account on 27 November2023 for me to work with the money. I received a message from Standard bank saying the money has been payed to the FNB flash account. I am calling them everyday for the money to reflect on my flash account so that i can start working, my customers are frustrated and my business is being affected very bad. Yesterday a guy from the call center refused when i ask to speak to the management, i mean i asked and he refused saying no i can't speak to the manager. Their service is not just bad but cruel. I am given reference number after reference number while my business is sinking like titanic.
You will finish your money going to Sassa Dzanani office everyday and not get helped because there are VIPs who don't stand on the line like others, they just come in the afternoon and tell the securities that their going to see whoever they have an appointment with. Because of that us who don't have connections were suffering. We stand on the line the entire day with our kids trying to apply for a grant and end up not helped. What's hurting is that the workers don't care about our health when we're at the gate there is no social distance, no water and the hall where were kept is not so clean. They start working after 8am and close before 4:30pm telling us the network is offline always.
I spent hours at the Limpopo mall waiting for the bank to be online so that I can be assisted and by something online. I had coins with me I wanted to deposit money but I was told they can't offer me change because they don't have money.
I went to close my account at Louistrichard Makhado. I was told the account is closed and not given any proof. Until my younger sister send money to my Capitec account. I told her to reverse it because the account is closed, when she called Capitec they said the account is still active. Today I went to Plk Limpopo mall Capitec to sort out the issue. I was told I am bringing problems of Makhado to Plk by the guy who assisted me at till number 7, he was rude and treating me badly. He did not ask for my Identity book at first he used the statement and he did not have a name badge. He sent me back to que and forget about me. He just didn't want to deal with me at all.
Work for Dischem pharmacy at your own risk. Still failing to fill the forms the correct way even after they were given an example on how to fill them. Poor me I can't get assisted at the Department of Labour because of their mess. I wonder what are they trying to hide or they just don't know how to do what their getting payed for?
My cousin lost her phone in the toilet, one cleaner at Thavhani Mall picked it up and take the phone to the right place, she is one in a million thanks to the cleaner who did the right thing.
Great customer service from Rebuluwani at Thavhani Mall news cafe on Saturday. She was the best.
Who hired Charmaine Roos payroll administrator and Pauline Geyer from Dis-chem who don't know how to fill the UIF documents. I am not getting assisted at the Department of Labour because of them and their lack of knowledge.
I am a former employee at Truworths i am strugling to get my UIF because of this lady by the name of Linda, its been more than 2 months. I wonder if all the former employees are being treated like this or its just me? She just told me its not her fault that she's not doing her job and refuse to give me an email of someone i can send a complain to. She even lied and said she gave my documents to Trisha who just told me Linda is the right person to help me not her. I am very dissapointed and suffering because i dont have an income.
Last Wednesday our Transformer in Diepsloot Ext 7 exploded. We have been reporting from Wednesday until today were given refference number after refference number. Imagine two weeks without electricity???????? Eskom is the enemy indeed..
