Today, I did a royal pedi with gel toes and a soak off at boa in Rondebosch. I had the sweetest nail tech very friend but utterly shocked that you don't have a proper tools for the technician to do a proper pedi. I've recently relocated from jhb to capetown, and it's my first pedi here. Not even the below par nail salons in jhb will you have such an experience. You don't even have a foot file that remove the dead skin or make your heels smooth the metal foot file is a waste. The tools provided do the technician a disservice. The cuticles cut barely removes what it needs to. All the hype for nothing i can assure you that if you provide this service at your new store in jhb you have many issues coming your way.Oh and please don't make it the issue of the tech she was amazing. The products and tools used are terrible. Must say probably the worse nail bar I've been to. I will never recommend to anyone or go back again for the price paid to the products and tools used.
@TAKEALOT the service received from takealot telephonic customer service is disgusting currently waiting on a call for the last 10mins while the consultant has me on hold while I tired get his attention not interested at all! #takealotdelivery #nextdaydeliverystillnotdelivered To follow up on an order that you were promised next day delivery for. 3 days later no items delivered to you. Numerous emails and calls only to be kept on hold when requesting to speak to a superior. Very unprofessional. They said they would split my order to deliver what they can but Still nothing delivered . No responses from them.
What a terrible experience I've had tried to withdraw money that I've invested. I've sent an email 3 days ago with no response to my request. Today I had to call into the call center but still no help at all. They refuse for me to make a withdrawal or cancel as I have received pathetic service for 4 different team members in 2 different departments this morning. They promise to call back or send emails but still nothing.
Today 14/05/2021 I called Jimmy's Norwood to order lunch. Before I even started placing my order I asked if they do deliveries and they stated that they do with a delivery fee of R30 so I went on to place my order. I was told it will be ready by 12:20. At 13:00 I called back to ask what time my food would be delivered and I was told that the driver left 5 mins ago. My offices are are exactly 2.3 kms away from the restaurant. She told me to give him an additional 5 minutes so I did. At 13:30 i called back as the driver didn't arrive and only to have the owner zimo amod be utterly rude to me on the phone telling me it's not his problem that the food has not been delivered and he is doing me a favor by delivering this food. He barely gave me a chance to speak on the phone as he continued to raise his voice at me and talk over me. Having no customer service, respect or telephone etiquette whatsoever. Being a regular customer that support this establishment on an ongoing basis it is a total disappointment and will not be supporting them again. Also when my food is finally delivered the packaging condition is pathetic and the food is cold.
I ordered two children's games on takealot last week it was only delivered today as the one game was a limited edition disney monopoly so it needed to be ordered. I didn't mind the wait as it was exactly what I wanted to gift go my little cousin on her birthday. Today they gift was delivered to her, the 30seconds was fine but the disney edition monopoly was not the correct monopoly that was advertised. The advertised monopoly description stated that the movers were 6 disney characters and they had sparkling dices and many other unique characteristics. I had done research on the item before purchase and that is why I settled on that. They monopoly received had the normal movers except they were plastic and looked cheap. There was no money to play the game or instructions. I contacted takealot to exchange it for the correct. Firstly I selected to have it replaced but they had changed it to have me credited so I called them and queried it. I then received an email stating the item was out of stock and therefore I will be credited. I made them aware that I didn't want a refund but I wanted the item I purchased. I find it deceiving on takealots side because they are advertising and selling items that are not in stock and then just delivering any item to customers. It is unethical and unacceptable as I frequently purchased good on their site. It makes me questions other items that I may want to purchase. I will definitely be sharing this experience with friends and family, advising them not to purchase on the site as they will not get correct items advertised when making a purchase.
At the beginning of March I took out new phone contract with MTN, s20+ with the galaxy buds+. At the end of March a week before lock down my phone was delivered I claimed my buds on the day my phone was delivered from Samsung members app. I received a confirmation email with a unique number . On the first of May I contacted samsung to be told it would be delivered in that week. I have sent many follow up emails and made many calls to their customer service. I still have not received my ear pods today being the 11th of June. I am paying for it because the cost is incorporated into my contract. I have koved over from Huawei to samsung for this specific deal being offer with the ear buds+. I find it very unprofessional that no one has gotten back to me on this matter so many months later. I have also recently purchased the galaxy watch but now I will not advise people to support this brand due to poor customer service.
Today for supper we decided on fishaways Grosvenor crossing. We order a good life meal as well as a hake and calamari platter for two. Once we got home and opened up our meals the calamari was not there. We tried to reach the store many time but reached a call center instead and when the call was transferred to the store the call was dropped and line went dead. Finally they gave me the store managers personal cellphone number I tried calling him seven times and all seven times it went to voice mail. On my final attempt with the call center they put me through to the store and my call was answered by a man with no telephone etiquette at all, the manager came to the phone and I gave him a full explanation of what had happened to be told his drivers where not in store and of I wanted the calamari I would have to come back to store to receive it. I think it's totally unprofessional and they have no customer service at all. Unfortunately we will never be purchasing supper there again as this is no way to treat a customer when the store is at fault.
