We went there on the 8nov upon arrival we paid 500 card for deposit Then on the 10th Nov we checked out. I was told we wil get the deposit back after 10 days Today I Made a follow up..the person am chatting with she's blaming me why I paid with card. They can only process after 10 days . The guest house is delaying to pay my deposit back
Toyota Fourways....I took my car for quotation..there was a noise when excelllerating They gave me a quote i rejected .after a day my brother checked my car to see what might cause the noise Only to find out they exchanged my Vin belt and put the old one I reported it even today no one bothered to call and hear my story They exchanged my part with an old v belt..luckily I still have receipt to prove that I bought the belt September the 18th in Midas cresta
Such a bad service in sassa maponya mall. Staff dont respect the elders.some of the pensioners will tell you they have been to sassa more than 3times Where is ubuntu towards elders? Is the manager not reading complaints ? The goverment needs to act .
Can someone assist me. I went to MTN store i and the consultant called the customer service to get my cancellation fee.i was told i need to pay 5930.32 which i paid in store ..today iam getting an sms stating that i will be billed this month. I went to the store to enquire ...and the service was just not good ...no interest to assist me.iam told that i need ti pay another money . Can i get assistant from the relevent proffesional people. I was told to pay 5930.32 now iam told i owe again .wherelse i got the settlement amount from MTN direct .

What a poor service at MTN CRESTA i need to cancel my 2 contract phone .i want to pay off.and its just not happening. I have been to the store 2 hours now .trying to call Mtn customer service and no answer still. I will never use mtn Again ...the lady called vicky tried to assist me. Such an Amazing service from Lerato Radebe ,the Ops Admin Client Liason .from Morningside. I had a problem regarding my contract debit amount . I was suppose to be debited R299 as an agrement. instead i was debited R499.i did not enjoy my lock down at home because i wanted to go back to work and visit MTN store.to cancel this whole contract. I met lerato And she promised to assist me. She made things easier for me.she took my details and promised to help me. Later on she called and explain all.and that made sense. THANK U SO MUCH LERATO ,for going extra mile during your family time just to assist me and making sure i get satisfied .because i was so angry.now iam cool
I have been trying to call old mutual for the whole week ,but no luck.iam trying to update my policy .their service is so bad ,I wish I could cancel my policy unfortunately I cant.they never answer their phone
