I have been trying to contact them for almost a year to cancel a debit order mandate as per the instructions i was given from my attorneys handling the voluntary sequestration with no success. None of the office numbers or any of the info contact regarding Easton-berry is working that can be found. Not even ABSA could help me get in touch with them. They are now still trying to debit my account which has put it in to a massive negative balance due to not being allowed to use the same account when i handed myself over. Most useless debt collection company i have ever dealt with, no accountability or trust at all.

Worst drive thru experience ever, didn't take half the order the food was the most disgusting i have ever had the buns were molded and rock hard yhe patties were still half frozen in the middel. Mcdonald's arbour crossing worst service ever will never recommend or buy from them again or any Mcdonald's because of this experience.
Worst service i have ever received at the Galleria branch which only opened last week Friday 17/12/2021, no queing system and placed my order to be told it's coming waited for more than 15min and still couldn't pay and they served customers who came 10 min after me first, they received their food and could pay while the consultant who assisted me just ignored me standing and waiting at the till to pay. Worst service ever.
Ordered the 9 zinger nuggets was standing in front at the collect counter for 15 min looking at my order and everytime i asked is my order ready i was told no only when i asked foe the manager they said ohh it's ready will never support them again.
Have been trying to get MTN legal to contact me regarding my debit order that was stopped from their side, still shows active debit order at my bank. Have been trying to get a hold of them since May it has now been 2 months and not even a mail stating my query has been received. Tried calling their offices but keep getting hung up on or call cut short. No being charged extra fees for something they messed up worst customer service and service provider ever will never do business or personal contacts with them again.
They keep on emailing me i owe them money for service packages i did not apply for.
