This platform takes people’s money and when it’s supposed to verify documents for withdrawal, they will take you from post to pillar. I’ve tried their live contact, it’s an automated reply that keeps on redirecting and saying you are not logged in. On the app verification should take up to 15 minutes, and one week later no responses.

This property management company doesn’t take residents serious. Poor mismanagement of funds, they reduced hours for securities, which they only work night shifts. The estate has been without electricity for three days now and it’s not the first time this issue happens. While we don’t have electricity and day shift security, the gate motor is not backed up, this is imposing danger and safety to the residents. Also the caretaker is there on the communication what’s app however he’s not updating us on when will electricity be back or what measures are they taking to resolve this.

I was offered 30% discount when I settle my amount which I did and paid off the balance. Now that I want the settlement letter, my account shows that I'm owing the amount of that discounted value. Do I have to suffer like this? It was nice when I got calls and sms from them reminding me to pay, now that I did my part this is what I get. It's sad how this service providers treat consumers.
Crooks, I requested the closure on my account and settlement letter but all they do is send how emails of how much I can buy and statement with accumulated interest of things that I did not sign for. No one is attending to the matter, it seems like a rehe****d treatment from all consultants.

I signed up for a year contract,and no where it stated that it will automatically debit monthly.I can't believe that they are still stealing my money and it's been going on for 3 months now.
I made payment through my app purchasing a phone,just when I send proof of payment I realised it's a scam.My issue is I went to the bank for reversal and they gave me a form to fill and I did send to the relevant department and it has not yet passed 24 hour,the money was still hanging it did not yet made it to the recipient.Now when I do the following up they just send email that I should report to the police station.When I send the documents that they needed I even called to ask if it's a relevant department and explained my situation now what must I do because it's almost 5 days and probably I will not even get my money back...
