My parcel has been out for delivery since Monday!!! and today it’s Thursday. I just called in this morning only for the rude agent to put me on a long hold then tell me she’ll escalate the query. Why did you put me on a long hold to not resolve my query and not even apologetic for the poor customer service
I’m so frustrated, on the 13th I cancelled my ride which was R297. I understand the R15 cancellation fee but what I don’t understand is that it’s been 8 working days and I still haven’t received my refund of R282, Why?????
Gosh😡😡😡 I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND on my item which was out of stock. I was told I was going to be refunded from the 7th and today is the 23rd and you guys are so relaxed about refunding me about my HARD EARNED money! DON’T even get me started about the consultants who respond to the Hello Peter queries because you are as pathetic and full of empty promises. I’m tired of your canned response which you have sent two times with no action which is as follow: “ We do apologise for the disappointing service. Your complaint will be investigated immediately and you will receive personal feedback from our customer care team members. ” WHAT WERE YOUR INVESTIGATION FINDINGS IF YOU DIDN’T INVESTIGATE??? AND WHY HAS NO ONE CALLED ME BACK AS PROMISED A WEEK AND SOME CHANGE LATER!???? Don’t even get me started about the lady who escalated my refund query and who we communicated via email. A week later she hasn’t answered my question and she knows how angry I am at this point! You are all ***********, lack remorse and need training! Why not quit if you hate your job so much and make way for people who won’t take it for granted!? #203000058441
What an inconvenience this order has been. I placed it on the 2nd and today is the 14th and I still haven’t received it, mind you I needed the items by Monday latest. I called the *********** customer service. The lady I spoke with 2 days ago didn’t bother to tell me that my refund which was supposedly “processed” on the 7th didn’t go through. It’s only this lady who was completely not remorseful about my order being late told me that the refund didn’t go through because my very much active is supposedly closed, ANOTHER INCONVENIENCE. When I wanted to cancel I was told it’s too late, when I asked her to call me back to update about my refund since she’s escalating for it to be processed again, in not so many words refused. My question is if my items were sourced in a sheet street shop in Pretoria on the 2nd how is it even possible that on the 13th it was still in JHB!!!!, LIKE WHAT THE HELLLLLLLLLL??????Your incompetence has bored me to the core! What an unpleasant experience. We shop online for convenience and not to be inconvenienced! NINGI BHORILE!!!!
It took me a year and some change to order at Steve Madden online because of the negative reviews online. I usually buy in store or via Superbalist. I decided to be brave and order online because the item I purchased was sold out instore. I really have no complains. My item is not faulty, it's the correct size I ordered and delivery was super fast. I placed my order on Saturday (02/09) and received my order today (05/09). I repeat I have no complains and super happy with my order :) I guess Steve Madden Online is not so bad after all. I really didn't have a terrible experience.
I’m super grateful to Nomaphelo from Checkers Kenilworth who was my cashier today :) I dropped off my license on the floor and didn’t notice it as I was in a hurry, had I not used my checkers xtra savings card she wouldn’t have been able to track me. She really went an extra mile, got my details (cell phone number) and called me to inform me that I left my license. I’m super grateful that she went an extra mile for me and for the exceptional customer service. Thank you so much Nomaphelo from Checkers Kenilworth Centre for going over and beyond for me❤️🙏
I must say I was scared to buy online because of the negative reviews but I honestly have nothing nasty to say with my online purchase. I ordered on Friday and received my parcel today [Tuesday] The only thing I’m upset about is that I called your customer service and that coloured lady kept saying “hello, hello can you hear me” yet I had no network issues, I tried calling again immediately and it was unanswered🙄 anyways I’m happy with my purchase and the delivery was efficient
I bought heels at Edgars in Carnival Mall, when I got home I realized that the zip of the one heel was faulty. When I went to exchange them they didn’t have my size in stock and couldn’t do the refund as I didn’t have the original slip but exchange slip [I had exchanged prior due to the first heels being too big] Frustrated I called the customer service and got assisted by Komeshan Pillay who’s Team Leader is Mr Ashleigh, This shoe had given me so much problems,[ 1st it was too big, after the exchange they gave me a size 3 and 4, then I had to go back again for the correct sizes only to find out one shoe is faulty when I got home, when I went back again for an exchange, It was out of stock] Komeshan has made my journey less strainous with his exceptional service, he calmed me down, made me feel important, didn’t take my query lightly, contacted the branch (Springs) that has stock to reserve it for me, I’m not sure if at Edgars Springs Mall knew that I’d been through a lot with this shoe but Khensani received me with soooo much grace, did a thorough inspection of the shoes before handing them over to me and profusely apologized on behalf of Edgars for my prior unpleasant experience. It is such exceptional and top tier customer service that makes me choose edgars over and over again!!! Thank you so much Komeshan Pillay from the call centre and Khensani, your customer service was out of this world and Thank you Mr Ashleigh for giving me assurance that should I have problems at Springs I must let you know and you’ll sort it out
Aaaaaarg, I’m so annoyed by Superbalist by their level of incompetence and extremely poor service. A clutch bag (Nicole Ruffle by Tessa Design) was out of stock then last week Wednesday it was in stock again, I stupidly buy it immediately thinking they’ve restocked but NO it was a return, the previous customer returned it because it was faulty and these people don’t even bother fixing it before selling it again😡😡😡😡Which cow is supposed to buy the faulty bag???? You guys are cheat, why sell a clutch bag again at a full price when you know the previous customer had complains about it???!😡😡😡😡😡 Order No. 18193197
