Booked a car via them to tempest car hire. Booked unlimited kilometers and tempest confirm the booking with unlimited kilometers but refused to pay my deposit saying they don't have unlimited kilo on their side. They say it's booking.com problem. Booking.com cannot be reached to respond or refund my money. Very bad communication with this company with no accessible phone numbers. I want my refund
Booked a vehicle via booking.com. invoice shared with tempest and discussed with tempest teller and the supervisor at cape town Airport and agree that the booking is unlimited kilometers. We exchanged the invoice on e mail and was assured that my booking is captured as per the invoice. But when I have to get my deposit I'm given 480 and they deducted the kilometers I used. Upon enquiry they were arrogant and told me it's not their problem but booking.com. when I explained to them that I was given a go ahead by their teller and the supervisor and they took the voucher with the unlimited details, they refuse to refund my money
Bus was supposed to arrive at 21h40 in McDonald's PE. It did not arrive and I called all their numbers and there was no answer. I had to leave the bus stop since it was at the middle of nowhere in cape road. I left approximately 23h30 due to safety concerns.

My brother saw this on delivery and went inquire and told them My mother was not explained these terms and the price that is almost 3times the original 1 with unnecessary additions. They went to the shop and were thrown from pillar to post. She even asked to change and make it a lay bye because she won't afford this long term because she is 76 years now. They refused.
Bus 707 from durban to cape town was late in pe. The bus has a stinking toilet that is unbearable. We hardly breath on it. Now just before Wooster it lost power and is driving at low speed.

I app**** for an account through Vox and they sent the supplier to install the device and the supplier installed the device less that 30cm away from stove and the device is directly exposed to cooking smoke. Immediately before their technician leave I told them I want it in lounge. He refused I contacted the service provider of Vox and they said they will come back and correct and never did and I complained to Vox and they responded that it's ok where it is and if I want to move it it will be at my cost. I told them and sent pictures and I told them I will courier their device and they refused and force me to pay cancelation fee which is the price of the devise now they sending laywers letters threatening me
Fridge claim. They say pcb infested with ****roaches and affected electronics. PCB and control board are at the top. The fridge is running but the top is not cold and they say the finding is electronic infestation. I send pictures and they say they reject the claim. Now I ask them for second opinion they refuse because their fridge technician does not know Electronics because no wires were infested even on his pictures.
The bus left cape town at 7h30 no traffic the road is clear but we have not reach our destination in port Elizabeth. We were supposed to have arrived by 19h30. No message or apology from the driver no one is telling passengers that we running late. Intercape used to tell passengers when running late it's the bad experiance I got today
