To everyone reading this, do not ever ever get a homeloan at this bank. Their so called homeloan agents are *********** and I think they only have grade0 esucation, I have neen struggling more than a month to get my further bond from them. Thay promise high and low that thwu will keep you posted but them tje prommises dissappear. Do not ever ever get Nkululeko Khuzwayo as am assigned agent for an example., he reads his email wjen he wants to and do not care about client service. He only works there to ***** oxygen and then he goes home.
I have been trying to apply for a further bond on my existing home loan, the first step is to do the online check if you qualify and then an agent gets assigned to the case. I have had 2 agents assigned to my case already and the only thing they communicate to you as the customer is that they need outstanding docs, If you do send them the docs you will never hear from them!! Nkululeko Khuzwayo and Mafungwase Khuzwayo, I think that is time to look for something else to do as you do not have an idea waht you are doing at Nedbank, I have never ever had such a bad customer experience in my life!!!

In my whole life I have never seen such a useless insurance company, The are quite keen to tell you about there telematics device and how you get money back, but try calling their helpdesk or logging a query via email, you will never never never get feedback or answer. I have tried for the past moth now to get through to the in various ways and do net get a reply at all. I also sent them a cancelation email and still did not get any response, however, they keep on deducting premiums at the end of the month. Because of their useless service, it also affects future insurance premiums.
It has been more than a month now trying to get answers from Sanlam. Every time there is a new excuse and they tell me I need to call back in a week again!!! When I do call back it takes about half an hour trying to get through to an agent. They are fast in trying to get clients to use their products and services but their after-service is bad bad bad. What will they do if I want to cancel my service and can not get through to them? If they want more clients, they must up their communication infrastructure and provide better client service. Absolutely useless!!!
I purchased a vehicle for Citton Cars a while ago, I am very impressed with the service rendered and did not have any problems with the vehicle as yet. However, when contacting them and being reverted to customer care, there is a very rude lady! I just asked to be redirected to the Alf and Sons broker and while still speaking she said she would put me through to someone else. This is totally unacceptable!! perhaps she needs to learn some people skills from the sales staff!! Learn to respect your clients!!
I have purchased several vehicles from a number of used motor dealerships. unfortunately I had very poor user experiences with all of them from sales reps lying about vehicle conditions to rude reps that do not care about their client base. I can say with great assurance that Citton cars is the first company that puts the client first and fights to the end to get the best prices and satisfaction. I would especially like to thank Graeme for his patience and unbelievable communication and feedback in finding the best deal possible. I would realy recommend Graeme as your sales rep and I will never buy another vehicle from another dealer again!! Well done Citton and team!!!
I made an online purchase a moth ago for a new double bed, The bed got delivered 3 days later. When I took out the mattress I saw that it was already used and the springs inside were worn out. I logged an online query to get a refund or a swop out. The query gets logged at their distributors JD Group, they then need to send it to HIFI Corp to get the refund. This is where the problems start as HIFI CORP has people working for them that only go to the office to ***** oxygen, they mark the ticket as completed every week just to make life easier for them, I mean this is what oxygen ******* do!! Go to the office, demand a bigger salary, and then do nothing at all!!! This is the worst ever service I have ever received from this company. To the individuals reading this!! Do not buy anything from this company if there is a fault with your product you will not live to see a refund or return!!!
Never in my live have I came across such a useless useless company. I do not understand how a company like this still exist!!! Does the company have management or is it just a circus of *********** employees who are just going to work to get oxygen?? I am still waiting for a reply 1 week later just to get my bed matress exchanged. For anyone who reads this, Please do not ever ever purchase a bed at any one of the companies who use JDG trading as their warehouse and deliveries. It is an absolute disgrace!!!!
I was a bit skeptical about using the online portal to buy a bed set. I did however take a chance and purchased the bed. It did arrive 4 days later and in the same day, I noticed that the mattress was used. I did log a return and got a ref number. From receiving the rev number I did get feedback from them that it is awaiting Auth. This is where the process got stuck and I still did not receive any feedback. What happened to the pride in doing one's work, USELESS!!!!!
