Everytime I paid up I have to struggle with you guys updating credit bureaus which is killing my credit score. Please send a manual amendment file for my account to credit bureaus
paid my account in June 2025 till today no update form intellicell on credit bureaus, i asked for the file number submitted to bureaus like they are saying i keep being told the accounts manager is in the meeting for over a week or the have escalated.
Late credit reporting that affects our credit rating, last update May 2025 whereas i paid for June and will pay July tomorrow.
I paid my installment in April 24th 2025 up to date my file has not been sent to Transunion. I called in asking for my file number to escalated i am not being answered, note another payment will be today without the last months one not being updated
Bad experience and inaccurate reporting of debi checks that wehre successful. Respond to credit bureaus emails you are holding me up
Why do i have to always beg you guys to update my account that i paid in January 2025. i have enquired with Transunion and the say the send you an email/ file to respond to. i have never been this ****ed two moths later my credit info is not updated
You guys should be removed for real as a credit bureau cause you just useless, dispute resolved 1 apri 2025 13:43 up to date the dispute flag is still there,. Calls are not answered your consultant telling me it has been escalated from morning?
I made a call on the 6th of february 2025 about 2 accounts intellicell and atlas finance and was asked to send paid up letters i did. up to date intellicell is up to date but i am still going through a dispute for an account i paid up in January 2025 24th. this is stopping me from getting credit lines. Even the slowest Experian has resolved the matter
This credit bureau is the worst, I have been complaining about Atlas being paid in January 2024 on the 24th but or updated . I have sent through a paid up letter but nothing is being done. Since December 2024 I have been struggling with Experian different accounts
Second review after first one was not resolved.I paid my loan on the 23rd of January 2025 it is now the27th of February Atlas has not sent my credit file and my account reflects as new and has now added to my credit utilisation. Review done beginning of the month i was asked by Atlas to remove my review to which i disagreed to as my complaint is not heard and this is killing my credit score. Numerous times i have been asked for a screenshot om report to show that the account is still active and have sent 2 times already. If on the 1st i dont see any change on y report i will Follow up With NCR and National Financial Ombudsman.
