I haven’t even had a response on my previous post. I was told my funds would be paid into my bank this morning. I was told this by an administrator called Nolubabalo. I phoned in to find out what is happening only to be told it hasn’t even been sent to SARS as yet. Nolubabalo blatantly **** to me and everyone that works here just can’t be honest. My claim was submitted the exact same day as my ex colleague. Guess what, she’s got her money and mine is still sitting in the hands of absolutely *********** people. I am beyond upset due to arrangements I made based on what I was told. They just do not care. I would highly suggest that companies refrain from the use of NMG because they are ****s and don’t even bother getting back to a person
This does not even deserve 1 star. My claim was submitted on the 18th of October. It has been 6 weeks and with a lot of back on fourth, I finally called today for an update only to be told that my claim process has to start again because the automated system didn’t do anything with it. Two weeks ago, I was told it is heading to the disinvesting process and should take 5 to 7 working days in this process. Then today I am told a different story. I have everything on email of what has been discussed with me. I don’t get any update unless I call in and then got told a whole lot of *******. I need an answer as to when my funds will be paid to me. It is my money and I have things to settle and now I have to wait for people who have no idea what’s going on. I also got told that the administrator handling my account isn’t available today and I must phone every two weeks for an update. It’s been a complete back and fourth and on the sixth week this is what I get told. Can someone please just help me!!! Someone of a senior nature that can tell me what is happening
I have had a constant up and down with the arrival of my package. It has been at the airport warehouse since Sunday. I was promised that it would arrive by Wednesday. I have even opted for collection and it has still not arrived. The service level is repulsing and extremely unhelpful. I still do not have an answer and it has gone way past the estimated delivery date
I have been given a massive run around with my provident fund withdrawal and have been told different stories from different people. The last thing I've heard is that they are waiting to finalize the last contribution. My last contribution was at the end of August and the date is constantly changing. Can someone please contact me to finalize this because it's been a complete nightmare. Ref # 723677
I booked my car into Ribiero Motors on the 26th of Jan. My engine seized and I was told I've possibly blown a head gasket. I was then told by Tony that if the cylinders inside are damaged, it it fixable but it comes at a cost. I was then told I would have to pay for a strip and quote which I agreed to. Only after 6 days did I get word from Mark at Ribiero Motors that the car is not fixable and the entire engine would need to be replaced. I then approached renault and was told that they could assist me on condition the mechanic puts the engine back together as is was received by Ribiero Motors. I then contacted Ribiero Motors to reassemble the engine which would be at my cost. Fair enough, I agreed to it. I was told I could collect my vehicle on the 4th of Feb which I did and it went directly to Renault. Renault has now informed me that due to poor workmanship, they cannot approve my claim. As per renaulta report, the head gasket was reinstalled upside down and there are a number of parts that are not accounted for, cylinder head Welch plugs included in this. Ribiero motors, Mark specifically, is not taking responsibility for this and I have now lost out on R8000 because of their incompetence. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not get back to you. You have to keep on calling to get feedback. They pocket money unnecessarily and at the end of the day cannot take responsibility for their own incompetence. I am thankful they did not repair my car because a number of things would have gone wrong once I had taken the car from them. Take my advise, do NOT take your vehicles to this place. They are thieves who are out for your money and your car will probably be worse off once it leaves this place. My mother in law had to sell her vehicle once it came back from Ribiero because they too, messed up her car. You are better off at a back yard mechanic. Only negative reviews about this place and they don't even have the decency to respond to these reviews. Mark is absolutely useless and can't own up to his own errors. Useless to say the least
I am so fed up with Standard Bank at the moment. I have had a complete loss of income due to the covid 19 lockdown and am only able to return back to work on level 3. I have sent all documents through that needed to be sent to say that I will not be recieving an income and have had no response. Due to this, I am unable to fulfill my loan installment. Standard Bank has now handed me over to Robert attorneys. The attorneys called me to ask if I can pay the full amount and not even the installment amount. Where do you expect me to pull that amount of money from? The UIF payment I recieved was pathetic and I hardly survive the month. Standard Bank, stop harassing me. I have received countless messages regarding this but haven't received a single response regarding the Covid 19 documents which I had sent through at the beginning of lockdown.
I have been receiving messages and emails from Telkom to say I have outstanding payments due. My payments have all been made and I am still been sent different messages with different amounts. When I phone in to rectify, there is absolutely no assistance yet I am still been bombarded with all of these messages
I had applied for a loan last week and it was approved. Still waiting for the funds to be deposited. I have applied for this as a matter of urgency for a co payment for an operation. When I asked this morning when it would get paid, I was told the 31st. 31st of what? March?? Highly dissapointed in getbucks and them making empty promises.
I have a message on my internet and cellphone banking for more than a week to say that I have an open credit application. I've called in 5 times already and am just told to wait it out for 24hrs/48 hrs depending on whatever the consultants feel like telling me. Today was the icing on the cake because I've been told to wait 5 days for this to clear now. Surely with the click of the button, this can be gone because according to every consultant I've spoken to, there is no active credit application. Can I get a proper answer from Standard Bank now
I have battled to get a straight forward answer from Standard Bank for the past 3 days. I have spent approximately 2 hours while been placed on hold for them to tell me that my query has been escalated.. For the 3rd time. I've been told that I would get a call back which no one has bothered to do. I have banked with them for so many years and this is the type of service that I get? They are very quick to take of their charges but when it comes to service, they are completely lacking. All I want is a straight forward answer and not been put through to people who say it is out of their hands... Rather put me through to someone who is compatable in the sales department.
