I decided to change from Virgin Active to Planet Fitness in Bedfordview due to the gyn fees being so expensive at VA. I've started to regret my decision. I've been called 4 times to resign my contract with them as their systems did not capture the information provided, for some strange reason! Over and above that, they have debited my account for the second month in a row, with the incorrect amount!! I have reported this to the rep. who signed me up as well as the branch manager and now I am being given the run around!! Really not impressed with their service at all!
Dear SARS - Customs I imported a clothing item from the UK using DHL express as the logistics provider. I paid import duties and taxes on the item. When the item arrived I tried it on and unfortunately it didn't fit me. I immediately reported it to the seller and arranged for the item to be returned and app**** for a refund. I have received my refund from the seller in the UK, however I have also tried to apply for a refund regarding the import duties and taxes but DHL express is refusing to help saying that I don't have a claim to the import duties and taxes. I have tried to contact SARS call centre for help and guidance, but I cannot get through. Please can you intervene and help provide guidance as I find it hard to believe the explanation that DHL express has given me.
I am beyond shocked at how Fedex couriers have conducted themselves. I returned a clothing item back to the UK to the seller as the item didn't fit me. I choose to use FEDEX to return the item. I opened an account with them to access the special rates. This weekend I got an email notifying me of an invoice that required payment (INVOICE 211464612). Monday (23 Sep) I emailed FEDEX and spoke to Brenda Segeel to get some clarity on what this invoice was for. She escalated the matter to accounts as she could not provide me with an answer. As soon as I arrived home, I received an email from FEDEX notifying me that the invoice had been settled! I logged on to my banking app and noticed that my credit card had been debited the same amount as the invoice in question! NO explanation given at all. They just went and debited my credit card without authorisation and no explanation given! I don't understand why they are billing me. It cannot be for taxes or duties, because I am RETURNING the item BACK TO THE ORIGINAL SELLER!!! I did provide Brenda with all the proof when I queried the invoice! If this is how FEDEX conducts their business or treats their customers, then I strongly DISCOURAGE anyone to use FEDEX!
The service and justification I've received from DHL Express regarding my parcel coming from the UK that happens to be my WEDDING DRESS, has been beyond shocking and poor service delivery. I clearly stated on my delivery instructions to have the parcel delivered to my work address - Springs, Johannesburg - postal code 1559. They delivered it to NELSPRUIT!!!!! Now they don't want to assume responsibility for the poor service delivery and they are passing the blame on to RAM couriers because it the Springs area falls outside their scope. Then they are saying that my address falls under Mphumalanga. Even if it was Mphumalanga, how did they get Nelspruit first of all? Secondly I was forced to get an official document from my work to confirm that we fall under Gauteng as stated by the Municipality!!! I am being treated like a **** or I don't know what I'm doing?? I've had countless of parcels delivered by other courier companies to my work address, and all have managed to get the address right, except for DHL express/ RAM couriers!!! I spoke to Eric Mahlaela - Backline Tracing Advisor ZA | DHL Express and he provided me with every elaborate excuse he could come up! Worst of all is that his supervisor - Nosicelo Manentsa (Supervisor at the tracing department) followed the same route and tried to use every reason to try and excuse the mess up! They refused to expedite the parcel for same day delivery at their own cost!!! Bare in mind that this was THEIR mess up!!!!! DO NOT USE DHL EXPRESS OR RAM COURIERS FOR ANY OF YOUR LOGISTICS REQUESTS!!! YOU WILL BE SO DISSAPPOINTED BY THE POOR SERVICE DELIVERY AND LACK OF TRANSPARENCY!!!

MTN's service has really deteriorated over the past few months. It is very disappointing to see the level of service that has been provided to my Director - Eddie Nunes. He has requested that his monthly statement be emailed to his email address and to date, MTN cannot seem to get his email address right. The email address is supposed to be eddie.nunes@adventone.co.za and MTN keeps sending the statements to "eddie.nunes*adventone.co.za". He has reported this error to MTN numerous times and they don't seem to be bothered in trying to correct their error. Maybe it's time to considering switching to Vodacom.....unfortunately....

I bought one item about 2 years ago from Homechoice. Ever since then, I've been CONSTANTLY harrassed by there telesales staff. I get phone calls from them 5 to 6 times PER DAY!!! I have asked them to remove me off their database, but my request falls on deaf ears! I have installed the app "Truecaller" to try and block their calls as they use a different number to phone me everytime!!! This is a direct message to management from Homechoice from me: If you do not stop harrassing me with these constant phone calls, I will have no choice but to take this forward legally as from today - 08 April 2024!
DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! You will never get your order. I placed an order with them in February and we're in March now and still no order. I've tried to phone them, whatsapp and email them and all they said is there's a backlog. it's excuse upon excuse. I have now resorted to reporting them to Consumer good and services ombusman! They can keep the order! I just want my money back!!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!
