Monthly premium deducted
I contacted budget insurance since last week to cancel the vehicle insurance with no luck. I have already paid another insurer and Budget also deducted. I was promised by many consultants that the relevant department will contacted me but nothing. I called and failed until today. I would really appreciate to be refunded the monthly premium since I don't need the cover anymore. Hoping that someone will contact me I lost hope

HEAVY AND UNREASONABLE TRAFFIC FINE
IAM WORKING AT THE FARM IN BETWEEN FREE STATE AND NORTH WEST. I TRAVELL EVERY DAY WITH MY DRIVER. HE PICKED UP 4 PEOPLE WHO WERE GOING TO THE SAME FARM WHERE IAM WORKING. THE FREEE STATE TRAFFIC OFFICER ARRESTED HIM, ACCUSED FOR TRANSPORTING WITHOUT A PERMIT. TRAFFIC OFFICER DEMANDED A PERMIT FOR A PERSONAL PRIVATE CAR. THEY IMPOUNDED MY CAR, TICKET NUMBER 1 WHICH COST R15000 AND TICKET NUMBER 2 WHICH COST FOR R1O OOO. THEY DID NOT EVEN CALL ME TO INFORM ME. I HAD TO HIRE THE CAR TAKE ME HOME, DID NOT WORK THE FOLLOWING DAY BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE TRANSPORT ,HEARING FOR ABSCONDING STILL HANGING. I LOAN THE MONEY AND PAID THAT 10 000 PLUS 1500. MY POINT IS THAT I WAS NOT THERE WHEN THE INCIDENT HAPPENED, I CANNO ARGUE EITHER. BUT IF I UNDERSTAND CORRECTLY, THERE IS NO AMOUNT OR FINE ON AARTO PRICE LIST THAT COST R10 000.

FRAUDULANT FAKE ACCOUNT FROM TELESURE GROUP SERVICES (PTY) LTD
SOMEHOW I DO NOT KNOW, BUT I JUST FIND OUT THAT I OPENED THE ACCOUNT WITH TELESURE GROUP SERVICES IN SEPTEMBER. I DO NOT KNOW THE COMPANY AND DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING. THE ACCOUNT APPEAR ON MY CREDIT SCORE THAT I OWE A CERTAIN COMPANY THAT I DO NOT EVEN KNOW. I NEED ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE AT THE SAME TIME.

bad service / delivery
two weeks of waiting for the order. I bought items to use them over the weekend. it took them whole two weeks,firstly it was stock and secondly it's wrong distribution. I bought there for almost three years but lately the service is very bad. what frustrated me even worse is that I took off from work and the delivery did not come. o left someone at my house but still the delivery did not come. even worse I am paying payflex for the items that I I don't have with me. they won't even call you to update you

Lost parcel
I lost a parcel during looting in Durban unrest. My sender submit the claim. I tried to contact paxi several times. I've been told to submit on the website which doesn't have an i aoption. I lost a lot of money on that parcel and expecting only R500 from paxi insurance. Worse no one is saying anything that shows that the is a progress

Happy customer
I reviewed the company for not updating my credit report after I paid up the amount that I owed them. The company delayed to update it, however finally it's updated. But I review the company now with five stars because they only not updated my record on their system but also send me emails and sms to check with me if iam happy with the outcome. Only if all the companies could do so because sometimes it's only appears on their side whereas on your credit score is still pending. Big up to Rcs.
