My partner took out a line with you as I had 1 already. Openserv was recommended. Together with Opeserv your service and helpfulness is zero. Our line was cut, we made payment and still no internet. When we call Openserv they say call you. When we call you you say Openserv. 1 of your 2 useless companies need to sort this out. You just wasting our time amd monies by phoning you
The worse business to deal with. Eversince we signed a deal with you your service is pathetic. Our service was cut, we paid the amount and received a message saying all good. We still domt have connection and calling you guys telling us Mweb needs to fix. Call Mweb they say Openserv. You both are full of ****.
Good day My girlfriend and I took out a contract via Openserv. We initially wasn't satisfied with the coverage and asked to cancel the service. We were told that that would occur the 31st of December 2024. We in turn decided against cancelling and emailed Mweb again. We received a response acknowledging our email and was assigned a ticket number. Today is the 5th of Jan 2025 and our account is inactive. Wr have tried getting in touch since 9am this morning via phone calls emails and app with no response whatsoever. Your service is pathetic. Even though we initially asked to cancel you acknowledge receiving the second email that we changed our minds but still deactivated the service Pathetic
We purchased a Sealy from Sleepking in Phoenix recently. The Bed is already making a noise. Really bad sleep. Next day body aches. We tried contacting Sleepking but the lady does not respond. You guys are a real *******.
I complained to Game about a recent purchase and was pleased that they took the time made contact and since all has been resolved. Actually makes me happy that a Big Business takes the time to listen. Thank you Game and all involved.
I would like to bring to consumers attention a "****" Game salesman use when selling TVs. My parents who are pensioners went a week ago to purchase a Samsung TV. After putting the brand down we were shown that a Hisense as well as LG had a better picture quality of the 3. After bringing home the LG TV we were not happy with the quality or the fact that streaming was not in full screen. I reported the issues to Game the very same day and again the next day. After talking to staff from Game I was told that the salesman interfere with the TV settings in turn making a Hisense picture look better than a Samsung. I turned this to a manager over the phone and he didn't bother much. We even waited for a LG rep to check the TV as per the salesmans advice. The rep said take the TV back as we are not happy. Not once did anyone say we cannot return the TV. We go to Game spend about 2 hours only to be told they can't exchange or refund us yet it's the sixth day. Game return policy states within 7 days but a manager said not on TVs once you open them. Game opens the box in store before we take delivery you clever manager you. It's just another **** that the guys are running at Game Gateway Pathetic. I don't understand why Samsung has not taken action against your guilty staff. Return within 7 days of not happy, you are con artists I'm not happy but I'm stuck with something sold to us under false pretences. Shame on you.
I am a new client. Called in today regarding opening of a business account. After 15 or 20 mins the person that I did speak to couldn't tell me if it's possible to open a business account using my app. After visiting the branch and the lady making a note and capturing I still haven received feedback fro Ur useless staff.
My daughter is a chronic patient and has been since she was born. Every month we have issues dealing with Pharmacy Direct. It's either the co payment amount we were given was incorrect or meds are delayed I have complained on numerous occasions to Pharmacy Direct as well as the medical aid but unfortunately if I want my daughter covered I have to put up with this pathetic service. I'm not in a position to change medical aids as my daughters condition isn't to be taken lightly. I just want to say being in such an important business your service is pathetic
Worse accommodation ever. Check inn to find other people's clothes. Pay for parking. Out of the generosity of my heart I give your security money. Go to the garage at about 12 I'm asked for 100 to make a plan to allow me to take my car. So from check inn to check out I'm a prisoner living in Albany Hotel? It's against my rights to keep me here. Especially when this hotel is as pathetic as it is. The people that work here are just as pathetic. You don't have the right to keep a person here against their will. What happened to the new South Africa? I thought we had freedom. Your security had no problems taking my money but failed to tell me that the doors are shut. Pathetic all round except for Micayla. Not sure if I got the spelling right but she is the best part of this experience
By error I transferred cash into an old credit card account which was closed in 2021. Unfortunately just like a couple other accounts the credit card still shows on my app. Yes I could hide the account but why did it not decline the transfer and return my cash. After speaking to a consultant as well as going to the branch I'm told I need to wait 72 hours for the refund. I stay with Nedbank but honestly it's such a headache dealing with this bank. I don't rate your service high at all.
