I would like to write a review about Platinum Life
Customer service is very bad, they didn't tell me in advance that excess payment had to be immediate they only wanted proof. I sent someone to collect the vehicle. I paid x 2 excess amount still didn't reflect...card payment made. They took the whole week to refund me...only when I asked about it
On 4 Nov 2024 I took my vehicle for a 290 000 service and this is after vehicle had shown a filter light Yesterday, 27 Nov 2024 the same light was back on, on a long trip to EC. We had to change the filter in Riverdale. Web informed Toyota @N1 City and they claimed dirty fuel might have cause the clogg! Really now! After 3 weeks of a service though!

*****ulent activity occurred on my account. I called in, and my card was de-actived. Now I'm trying to have my card reactivated, so that I can transact. I'm on hold for ***** department to assist me for more than 45 minutes. That's absurd for a bank that has no walk in branch...some of us have no access to landlines to be put on hold for that long

I got a courteously call to find out if I was still happy with their services. That's not the nor. With other insurance companies their happy as long as they get the money at the endo of the month. I told them I would like to get a premium review and they assisted βΊοΈ
