No feedback was received from store after complaint was logged
I went to Mc Donald's drive thru in Daveyton to purchase Sundae ice cream and waited more than 20 minutes to get my order. Four cars ordered after me and even got their orders before me and I was left waiting, I even went back to the lady we ordered from at the first window and she said they are busy with it, then after waiting for so long some lady by the name of Lindo came to apologize even after that we were still kept waiting. Daveyton Mc Donald's service sucks and it is not the first time I had to wait so long for an order, to them it seems normal
Placed an order using the app, it was accepted and paid for it, when I went to the store to collect, the store was closed. Now I'm stranded, I used my last money plus my petrol to go collect
I was admitted at the hospital on Thursday, was on Icu from Thursday and moved to the wards on Sunday. The Icu service was great and everyone there was nice from the nurses to cleaners and the kitchen staff but when I moved to the wards it was more like a shebeen more than anything, the staff are shouting, calling each other, they just switch on and off the lights and aircons whenever they want, I had to ask for my bed to be changed, they don't even apologize especially the night shift ones, the attitude stinks is like they are doing us a favor. To think that we pay our hard earned money for this stinky service, there were those 2 or 3 which you could see are passionate about their jobs, the rest are just doing us a favor with our money
Wifi has not been working since from Monday, logged a call with one of their agents, feedback was that SLA is 72 hours. 72 hours passed, no communication from them. Did a follow-up, they say the call was never logged and promised they will send someone asap. Even now I'm still waiting, no tech has been to site and no communication 😒
Very bad food preparation, bought half chicken paela and on the double with chips. Was very unsatisfied, the chicken was not half as per order, other part missing. On the double, the chips were very few like they were counted. I seriously did not get value for my money
I went there to buy cake when I got there there was 3 employees busy chatting to this guy who was not buying anything, no one paid attention to me, they were busy chatting and laughing and pretended like I was not there, I ended up leaving the cake and walking out and even so they didn't care
The manager at Ackerman's Daveyton mall is very rude, I wonder if head office is aware of the way she treats the customers there. I'm not sure if she is taking advantage that it is based in the township and most people who go there are illiterate but her behavior needs to come to an end
Shaming service I went to ekurhuleni customer service in e****wa on Wednesday the 17th of July just before 3pm to register my account as i have recently bought a house. I found a lady at inquiries 4,light in complexion,fully figured and didn't even have a name tag, whom had a friend in front of her & they were busy chatting, i approached in front after she was done with a lady who she was helping. I explained why i was there, she then said to the friend, this is why i sometimes don't come to work because one never rests here. I gave her all the documents i had, she then says i must bring a title deed for the house, i tried explaining that i don't have it as this is a new bond. She said i must have it other wise she can't help me. I phoned the lawyers to ask, they then confirmed that they gave me all the necessary documents. I then waited for the lady to finish as she was still talking to the friend, When she finished i went back to her telling her what the lawyers said. She now said i never gave her the documents, where else she didn't even bother to go through them. She then said i must come back the following day because it takes time to capture and the cashiers must cash up at 3:30pm, whilst i was there before 3. I am working Monday to Friday, i only had time to go there as i was coming from school. I fail to understand why some government employees act like they are doing us a favor, whilst we are the reasons they have jobs and just because i am at the location does not mean i must get poor service or i am illiterate and don't know how they work.
