RETURNED AN ITEM ORDERED ONLINE AS THERE WAS A PART MISSING. 3 DAYS AFTER PICKUP RETURN NOT RECORDED SURELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SA 3 DAYS OF PHONE CALLS WITH PROMISES OF PHONE BACK , NO COMMINICATION FROM THEM . HOW DFO I GET A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND ????????
Every other week we have no internet connection, mtn lte, spend hundreds of Rands on phone calls to mweb as well as writing on their website to no avail, excuses every time it's mtn, they can't see a problem, well I don't pay r799 per month to mtn I pay it to mweb, service from technical department is diabolical, zero feed back, will be canceling, do your home work before you even think of signing up with this company

On 12 January 2022 I contacted Cell c direct as I was eligible for an upgrade(current contract expiring March 2022)ORDERED A NEW PHONE AND ASKED FOR 24 MONTHS NOT 36 MONTHS, THE LEAFLET SHOWED CHOOSE YOUR CONTRACT , 5gb TOP UP OR 2GB VOICE DATA, NO QUESTIONS WERE ASKED RE THIS , I AM CURRENTLY ON 2GB PINNACLE. a FEW MINUTES LATER AN SMS WAS RECEIVED TO SAY SUCCESFUL UPGRADE TO 5GB DATA TOP UP\AFTER 5 PHONE CALLS TO DIFFERNT DEPARTMENTS TO RECTIFY THIS, I CANCELLED THE UP GRADE CASE NUMBER 2011202613, CURRENLTY I AM UNABLE TO MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS AND 2 CALLS TODAY TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE TELL ME THEY HAVE ESCALATED THE PROBLEM. NO COMMINICATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED FROM CELLC SINCE 12 JANUARY I HAVE HAD CONTRACTS WITH THEM FOR APPROX 20 YEARS AND WILL MOVE ALL 3 AFTER EXPIRY AT END MARCH
Ordered fridge online, few days later got email to say no stock, after phoning and telling them to cancel was promised delivery 29 when I phoned told a mix up now definitely 30 September , No fridge delivered, now I want my money back and I will be referring them to the consumer board

This guest house in Loxton is fabulously furnished and extremely comfortable It is superbly managed by Mandy, who serves an excellent dinner and breakfast Unfortunately this is all undermined by the owners/accountants attitude towards guests Our credit card was debited twice and since 28 September we have been communicating via whats app and emails with the manager who has been told the money had been/would be be credited to my bank account but no pop has been received and no amount credited to my account
Seriously concerned about this company. Order made 11 December, no tracking number, order still showing as en route to warehouse, three emails to them , no reply Near R6000 taken out of our credit card and no way to contact them? Looking VERY SUSPICIOUS
I was lied to and told I had to change to a wifi phone from a normal landline I used to have 2 extensions upstairs in my house but these are gone now , being 70 years of age I now have to rely on a cellphone hoping it has coverage When contacted and told the story they said you cannot go back to your landline , the phone they supplied is often giving an engaged signal to callers and the level of reception is 3 out of 10 WE DESPERATELY NEED COMPETITION TO TELKOM
