The worse pathetic service you will receive from this service provider. They still have sales but their services is a headache. Placed a voip line order on the 09/01/2025 but till today it has not been processed. Upon the order processed was told it will be prioritized (maybe that means more than 15days). I always get confirmation email from the order-status email confirming I will be contacted as they have received the email, not even once have I got contact. It is such a shame.
If the was a ZERO star I could. Service has been so poor. In July my contract declined and I had to make arrangements to pay and choose a date to pay again R224 on 24th Aug, I did that and got the sms on the arrangement date to debit R224. Vodacom failed to debit on 24th Aug when they debit for Aug they had switched off my line. They had added the penalty fee that they fauled to inform me at the time of inception of contract and the day of arrangements. I said if Vodacom can penalise me for not paying I have a right to penalize them too. Have requested call recordings when i took contract but still I'm not getting help. Vodacom is failing when it comes to accountability and transparent, they are not worth the headache they cause. Spoke to 4 of these consultants promised to get my credit of the penalty back but now they say "oh I should have known about penalty".
The was a special at cherckers writen "Buy any 2 get cheapest free". This is false advertising and robbery as one would think is a bargain. You could only get the cheapest free if you get the 3rd one. I asked the line manager why isn't it displayed on the advert. Also I wanted the 2litre sizes but she didn't allow me she said I must take a smaller size, when I asked why is the sticker on all the savlon sizes she asked the assistant to take them out and couldn't give me reason. I had taken picture on the orange sticker to show. Its a disgraceful thing to because this is robbery. I chosed to buy there because of the special otherwise I would have gone to other shops.
Had an amazing service from nails to my natural look make-up. I chosed a bridal combo and requested a house call. She made me look so so stunning. My nails lasted for full three weeks even though I do all house c****s and gardening. I loved the time she took to do my nails and constantly checking how I look as she progress with her work. Keep it up Esona, your work is amazing
Had a wonderful experience in clicks Burgundy Estate. As a cheap skate, was goubg through the mark downs and the casheir was willing to get manager to check the others i was interested to buy but were not marked yet. The friendly smile recieved when paying and assistance was #win service recieved.
Wonderful welcome and service recieved this Saturday. The lady who was assisting us was so patient and willing to answer all my questions about the flooring which are so amazing. The qoute was sent to us as we left the store. Each customer was given their time, which is the best customer service.
The disbelief. One can not book a collection through dsv, you can only use clientzone. Was told by representative that since my clientzone has not been used since November it has been deactivated. I assume they want us to always use the clientzone platform even if we do not need to. Was assisted by a lady who was honest enough to say she doesn't know why can't I log in even though I have recieved confirmation from dsv my username is activated at 15h45 yesterday. She continued to say she will get someone to assist and call back but till now no one has called. It is so disappointing that a big company like DSV can be like this on client services. Even in these times, DSV wants clients to print out waybills themselves to give to the driver. It has been so so frustrating.
This company is making very difficult for me to grow credit wise. I have this "Telesure" on my credit report since 2018 and it is active??? How I`ve never heard of them, the confusing part is I have never made any payment to them as the is no payment history. Looking at the reviews people have this problem but why they keep on exploiting people like this. It is definitely not my insurance
The worst place I wouldn't dream of going to. The boss made sure he undermines me infront of everyone that was at thw show room. The service you get is not as promised in this place.
OMW! The responce and respect I got from the lady who was helping me. I think her name is Robyn, i found myself pinching myself with the respect I got especially I arrived in lunch time. She is perfect for the place she is at, and that is what customers should experience. I hope no customer or her boss can change the way she was to me. I could go back any day. They are based in woodstock sell natural hair products and oils.
