Please auto and general management look into the motor warranty claims department. I have been given the run around by this department for almost 3 weeks now. The delay tactics are beyond me. I have been sending the same documents for more than 7 times if not more. I wish i read peoples reviews before signing up with them. If they dnt make you hold for more than 20 min they will drop your call. I could name and shame but i dnt think it will solve this issue.THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT NEEDS MORE TRAINING.
I believe in acknowledging and appreciating excellent service while individuals are still with us to receive it. I would like to commend Guybgavin Nagor from the Ladysmith branch for his exceptional assistance. After being turned away twice by the Richards Bay branch, who informed me that the Kiosk parcel service was not available and that their services for sending parcels only starts at R150.00, Mr. Nagor went above and beyond to help. He remained on the line and guided the staff member assisting me through each step of the process, including system navigation, until the transaction was successfully completed. His dedication and professionalism are truly commendable.
I am tired of being harassed by TFG group on a daily basis saying I am owing on my account.I made payment on the 2nd of December at Volpes Richards Bay, Sales assistant Cebani. Apparently the payment wasn’t allocated correctly and for me to rectify this I need to Physically go in store. I am currently out of town and EVERY DAY I am getting calls to make payment.My credit score is being affected by their incompetence.someone must fix this
If a there is any food/health inspector who can see this may you kindly make a suprise visit to Spur in King Shaka airport. Went there for breakfast, never mind being served white hot chocolate filled with 3/4 milk and cold. There were eggshells in my mushrooms and chicken feathers in my friends chicken livers. Manager did not even bother to come to our table after reporting this.clearly this is a norm. Wish there was a way to attach pictures here.
My sister has been struggling to get assistance with renewing her bank card since it is expiring and she is concerned her insurance is going to lapse.Yesterday she was in the queue for more than 3 hours…only to be told they have to go home they have to come back today at 7:30.Is this the normal practice at your banking institutions? Some of these people come from far and have to pay money to get to town.Now to have to go back home and come back the next day is a huge inconvenience. I called in and spoke to Nqobile to enquire about this and i found no joy. I suggest she also reviews her customer ettiquette skills.

Kindly do an inventory of your stock.I ordered ribs yesterday evening and they were off.I informed the waitress and she apologised for the inconvenience. To my suprise, I still had to pay for the meal. I understand the effects of load shedding on businesses such as yours however you can not be putting peoples health at risk.

I booked in my phone for repairs on the 29th of August at the richards Bay U24 shop.When I try to follow up on the device Durban says they never received it. When I call richards bay they kept telling me there is nothing they can help me with. They do not have the device. I have sent emails requesting assistance with no responses. This morning I finally called and asked to talk to the manager who I must say deserves an award for being the RUDEST manager I have ever dealt with at vodacom and I have been a client for years now. He basically told me to sort myself out because they do not keep cellfones for repairs at the shop. At this point i just need my device back and need someone to assist in that regard.
