I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the treatment I received at Hyundai Pinetown, specifically at the hands of Marvin. The sequence of events between December 24th and December 29th is not only unprofessional but highly suspicious, leading me to seriously question the mechanical safety of my vehicle. • 13:45: I called Marvin for an update. He stated clearly that the car was currently being fixed and would be taken for a test drive once finished. • 13:50: A female staff member called asking for my spare key. She offered no explanation as to why it was needed and hung up when I said it was at home. • 13:56: Only six minutes later, Marvin called to say the car was finished and ready for collection. It is mechanically impossible to complete a repair, perform a safety check, and conduct a test drive in an 11-minute window. This leads me to believe the work was either not done, or the safety of the vehicle was compromised to rush it out of the workshop. When I collected the vehicle on the 24th, Marvin was hostile.Marvin also asked me if I brought my spare key,again no explanation why he is asking about it.The car was handed over dripping wet, and I was chased away without being shown or given a Tax Invoice or Job Card. I have no proof of what work was performed. On Monday, December 29th at 12:31, I called Marvin to follow up on the missing invoice. His response was staggering: he told me I must come in to sign and collect it, and when I requested it via email, he stated he would not do so as it is "not his job." I no longer trust the integrity of the work performed by Hyundai Pinetown. I require the following immediately: • A detailed, signed Tax Invoice and Job Card sent to me via email (notwithstanding Marvin’s claims). • A formal explanation for the contradictory timeline on the 24th and the unexplained request for a spare key.

[Clare Estate Pedros chicken O'Flaherty] On the 4th of April 2023 at 06:58 i made an order on uber eats.manually selected the address i was on.but it automatically changed back to my previous address.im assuming its because it was too far Clare Estate they dont deliver that far.i cancelled the order.and uber eats said they cant/wont refund cause Pedros Clare Estate had already accepted it. The next day i personally called the store spoke to the manager said he remembers that order they can still make it so i can get it but now even on the address that changed Automatically the drivers couldn't send it or deliver it cause "It was too far" but now okay yesterday (04/04/2023) how was i going to receive it if it was to far.its not alot of money but i feel like im being played here.cause if the manager really wanted to help could've suggested to send me a Pedros or UberEats voucher but he didn't.
Pedros clare estate store manager💎💎💎ordered on uber eats made a mistake with my delivery address.cancelled the order got an email saying store wont refund me cause they had started preparing. Called the store the next day and the manager was so eager to assist. Chicken nice.service good too.Thank you
I recently had Labour Related problem contacted Clientel Legal.and the guy who was assisting me was so helpful.the way the team was so responsice for me it was impressive because we read alot of negative stuff on social media(Facebook).And i didnt have to call or right them again to tell them what was going on.they were calling me back. my advice to anyone with a Clientele Policy.when you claim make sure you use the right or correct contact details.so that they'll capture your quiry and respond intime
Recently bought a Samsung lap top at Cash crusaders Pinetown In store it was tested and all was functioning well. But when I got home some files needed to be paired called the store and they told me to come back. When I get there they surprise me by telling me that the battery is faulty.they explained why it was that cheap. They gave me an option.Refund or take it. My point is I'd recommend one to Visit Pinetown cash crusaders.wouldnt say all staff got better service but I can assure you that Sindela Siyanda will give what you want and make you feel welcome. That guy really deserve 5★★★★★ Especially from a guy like me who doesn't take nonsense.
The consultants name is Angel and she has an attitude towards customer
