Good Evening CEO or management,i am complaining regards one of your garages in Soweto Protea Gardens Mall that forever when you poor petrol you will be charge an extra 5c or 10c really this have been happening for a while now and management isn't working with us as patrons,so please this affecting our finances even if it's 5c more due to bank charges ,please hope this will be looked into a serious one why is there always an extra 5c charge.And I'm not the only motorist complaining,when you ask the petrol attendant why they do this there is forever no answer to tour question,count that extra 5c on 100 cars for the day.
I'm getting tired of calling vox for a refund it's always a story on on another.Acc number 9614656 Please I need my advance to be refunded I have forwarded all banking details ,bank statements,bank confirmation letter and still no refund has been done.Please management have a look at my refund.Vox telephones forever keeps a person holding more than 10min and we're using our airtime,I no longer have an ACC with vox why do U guys make it so complicated for me to receive my refund back.

Card collection I have been sitting in the queue now for 45min just for a collection of a card with less then 10 clients to be served at the branch Protea Gardens Mall Soweto ,customer services here it's very pathetic no man 😞
Good Morning team I'm very disappointed with the customer services I received from Truworths Maponya Mall.I bought a black skirt with leather stripes ski number 10841946 when I went to report the matter of the damage on the shirt I only worn was I was told they can't assist me ,I then reported the matter to their head office customer service ref no.89649 spoke to Nandi Zibo never ever got a call from the lady.Store manager didn't even bothered himself or herself to send the item for quality check ,I'm disappointed cause I paid for this item and it was a bit costly and Truworths are unable to assist in my matter,After this experience I find it very difficult to purchase from this store again ,cause it's always a challenge for retail stores to assist in providing professional customer services.
Firstly when this ppl needed my membership they were very polite and now that I want to cancel my membership no one nowhere is to be found.Nobody knows how to cancel a membership,I have numerous emails and they lying saying that they are trying to call me,I need my membership cancellation done asap with this scammers please
Very pathetic services I got from capitec bank today 10/04/2021.When I opened an account at capitec I was never informed that a debt order cant be reversed due to civil matters.Now when you get to the bank nd trying to reverse a debit order capitec bank refuses blantenly that it's not allowed ,than I asked myself where does capitec get involved in my transaction bid with my money that they want to dictate to me how to control my money which I work so hard for.Already you charge me bank charges why do you charge me if still u want to dictate my finance.capitec you run a bank services not to dictate to your clients what and not what to on their accounts.im very .....with capitec on the services I received on the 10/04/2021.Hope this will be escalated ASAP
