I’m really don’t happy with the treatment I got at clicks toddy I’m so angry after standing 10min on side as a tenant waiting to be assisted the lady with dreads I don’t know her name comes to me and tells me that the is no que for tenants after 3 and I didn’t know so I ask her can I please pay next time I’ll stand in que since you told me she says no go to the line and funny because last week the cashiers assisted me and they never told me that it was my first time hearing that and why close the que at 3 which shop closes at 3 at the centre I even told her I’m on tea please assist me next time I know what to do but she refused I’m so angry and and disappointing with them and wants funny is that the was a clicks employee from other branch in front of me they assisted him and refused when I asked because I didn’t know

I would like to recommend the Center Manager for Protea Gardens for being pro-active and visible to his tenants. He shows leadership skills the way he address people has a spirit of Ubuntu. Since he has been here in this Mall there's lot of improvement in terms of protest by the community. Whenever you need assistance he is willing to assist not only to his tenants but also to his community at large he doesn't shy away to any challenges. Keep it up Mr. Nkuna your work does not get unnoticed. Obviously the Mall is not perfect in terms of infrastructure and crime however he is doing his best as a Center Manager.

On the 4th of January I went to shoprite and the cashier by the name Lebo T was at the pill point where I was paying. What irritated me is that while I was busy taking out the items putting them on the pill she was busy cleaning her ear with a pen and I finished and had to wait for her to finish what she was doing and I asked if what she was doing professional, and she rep**** no but continued with cleaning her ear. After scanning my items she offered me the same pen to sign the slip and I ask for another pen. This is so rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I so don't wish to shop at shoprite anymore and I so wish you they give her a proper customer service training

I ordered qouter chicken, chips and roll via uber eats. When I opened my food it was breast and small burned wing. I've never been so ****ed and disappointed in my life. Just because I ordered online I don't deserves proper meal? This is bad. Please replace my money cos I can't eat this rellace my money is do the right thing. This is ridiculous 🤯😡😡😡😡

I went there this afternoon and I was not going to be long,just in and out,I was with my 7yr old daughter...gave her my shopping bag n told her to stand inside by the for she did,next thing she comes running telling me some lady took the bag I ran like a crazy person only to find out it was a lady from Pep...n wen I wanted my bag she went into hiding...I had to wait for 15mins to get my bag and I was running out of time to fetch my son from chreche.....how the hell do u work...if I dnt wat my parcels to go to the parcel counter do they take them by force?.....I'm so upset

I came to do shopping at protea gardens mall since grocery stores are opened .I went to the ladies only to find that they are locked If the mall its still opened and the are people who wants to use the toilet where should we go when the toilets are locked around 18:30..

I am a resident of Chiawelo and shop at the mall frequently. I have had the worst experience while at the mall due to the taxi operators. As a customer I have every right to choose which form of transport I use and the fact that the taxis have decided that Uber drivers cannot be taking customers is wrong. What make me more angry is that Mall management is very well aware of the situation and have chosen not to intervene. As a customer I was harassed and intimidate by these taxi operators while trying to get into an Uber yesterday. The female driver was intimidated and threatened by these drivers. Please as mall management please intervene before matters get worse.
