I returned a pair weg shoe that i felt they a damaged coz i felt i was sinking in because it was empty inside or i can say the insole back, and i wore them twice before taking them back. They told me that it was a comfort issue so they can't help me with anything
Very disappointed I went to jet clothing store at maponya mall this afternoon to change cloths for a gift card. I received baby gifts on the 05/04/25 and they did have tags on but still in good condition cause I did fit him. The assistance asked me to call the people who we attending the ceremony 1 by 1 to find out who is the 1 who bought items from jet. I explained that it wasn't one person cause it was a welcome baby party. They said they can't help me but they can call the store manager by the name filice, who was told that the item do not have tags and her reply was never tomorrow we are counting so how are we going to count those clothes. I asked what should I do with those clothes and she told me she can only give me a gift card for one item that had a tag. They don't have good customer service at all. I don't know what to do with those clothes now

On the 07/12/2024 , I visited McDonald's Clearwater mall with my and was appalled to see ****roaches crawling on the tables, and floors. The presence of ****roaches in a food establishment is unacceptable and poses serious health risks to customers. As a paying customer, I expect a clean and hygienic environment, especially when it comes to food handling and preparation. I was looking forward to enjoying a meal at your restaurant, but the presence of ****roaches ruined our dining experience. We were forced to leave the restaurant without finishing our meal, and I would not recommend your establishment to anyone until this issue is addressed. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue, including: 1. Conducting a thorough cleaning and disinfection of the premises. 2. Implementing effective pest control measures to eliminate the ****roach infestation. 3. Providing training to staff on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to address this issue. I would appreciate a response regarding the steps you will take to ensure that your restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
My name is Clarah Maluleke. Unfair treatment I'm recovering from gems. It's been 6 weeks since I've been waiting for protective orthopedic shoes. Today when I we for my doctors visit I told him that I haven't received the shoes and when we did follow up I was told that it was declined but the pass week so I was told that it was escalated for approval. So I don't understand why they declined now cause I need those shoes as I'm going back to work. Please assist me
On the 4th of January I went to shoprite and the cashier by the name Lebo T was at the pill point where I was paying. What irritated me is that while I was busy taking out the items putting them on the pill she was busy cleaning her ear with a pen and I finished and had to wait for her to finish what she was doing and I asked if what she was doing professional, and she rep**** no but continued with cleaning her ear. After scanning my items she offered me the same pen to sign the slip and I ask for another pen. This is so rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I so don't wish to shop at shoprite anymore and I so wish you they give her a proper customer service training
My mom bought an air fryer and a kettle. She has reported to the agents of them not working but they came back to her after 4 months of reporting. The items are still under warranty but the airfryer broke now they say she has to pay 1500 for repairs. This company has poor service and they just happ dedicating money for items that are not working.
I was treated like a thief in front of other customers cause I forgot my signature I used 10 years ago. I was at protea Gardens mall around 16:37 I paid my account and bought a back pack and I signed the slip and the lady who was helping me said you have to sign like you have at the back of the card. I told her I forgot it and then she said I have to remember or I'm not allowed to take the bag. So I asked if they don't have any other way to verify that I'm the owner of the card. She said they are not allowed only head office. I said OK so refund me and she said that the system is now offline but to my surprise she was calling next customer and she assisted them in front of me. So the system was offline to do my refund. The supervisor told me that they won't do what I want but I will have to do want they want me to do. I ask the other cashier for head office number and she said I'll find it outside. As they did not want to assist me I left the store without the matter being resolved. I'm so disappointed by the way they treated me. I no longer wish to do any business with Mr price.
I'M Thandi Dlamini I had a problem with my TV went black while I was still watching but you can hear the voices. I reported the matter to my insurance at Standard bank But now they told me about loadsheding. that they can't help me. I don't understand why cause loadsheding is not caused by me. Why should I pay for insurance and not getting assistance from them. Very disappointed by this.
My mum is very disappointed about the service. My mum has a policy with assupol . She is now told that the policy has lappesed and they say it her. She has 2 policies and the other 1is still covered but the other 1 has lappesed. when she changed banks at capitec they sent the a switch order to assupol notifing them about the changing of banks because policies were been debited at absa. She is get this information when she went to check about the policies.
I'm so disappointed by their service at jabulani mall. The bank personnel have poor service to the customers. I'm on a crush and I had to stand on a queue until my spine started aching . It was so difficult for me walk after standing for so long. One atm was working for 2 queues.
