This morning 14/03/2026 me and my son went for some shopping at shoprite Moorreesburg, just like any other client we love a special when we see one, we baught some cooldrinks abd while I was at the till to pay for my purchase the very friendly cashier(didnt catch her name), told us about the Darling fruit worx 3liter that was on special for just R20, I obviously wanted to grab that special and was told to wait, they are bringing from the back. Well one worker came out with 2 apple juice 3l, and we took one, I wanted to wait for the flavour I like since the apple was for my son. We waited like many other customers at the back close to the storage area like we were told, and to all of the customers (and mine), surprise, there were lots of workers there who came out with that particular juice, carrying 4 to 6 at a time for themselves, not worrying about the customers needs at all, not that they ever worry about customer needs at that particular franchise, and we as customer just had to stand and wait and see how the special disapears infront of our eyes. To me as a customer this is called very bad service, what happened to customer service
I am very happy with this companies service, I was treated with respect and mu problems was handled in a very proffesional manner
A company......if they can call themselves that....with no phone nr, and no means of comunication even though they give options. First whatsapp, even though you log in to their app aand get everything done ip to a point....whatsap says you dont exist on the system Email is a nightmare, you can email till you are blue in the face, there will be no response from fasta whatsoever. When I get the oppertunity, I live quite a distance from Cape town city centre, I am going to look ip their adress to see if they are really legit, because I have the same problem every time, and Id like to see them face to face
It seems to me that Lewis stores only care about money, though when it comes to customer service they have a huge lack, we complained about damage to our lounge suite, material damage is included in the insurance, its been two weeks and still no word, all we ever get is " we are struggeling to make contact with the repair guy", well I think Lewis Moorreesburg sucks big time and I will surely NEVER recomend anyone to buy furniture there.....ever, I think we learned our lesson the hard way since its not the first time such lack of customer service is experienced by us through this Lewis store in Moorreesburg, LEWIS STORES IS QUICK TO CRY OF THEY DONT GET THEIR MONEY, YET WHEN IT COMES TO KEEPING THEIR CLIENTS HAPPY.............THE AFVERTISING IS ALL LIES

I have app**** for a loan from FASTA LOANS and was approved, I was asked to submit my bank statements which I did 3 times in 2 days, which means Fasta loans has more statements from my bank then any other company I ever had to send statements to, and this morning they cancled my application, so I am furious, I urgently needed a loan but Fasta obviously has a prefference to who they loan money to
Its been a while since the post offices opened its doors since the lockdown began, I would like an explanation as to how on earth I didn't receive any mail whatsoever. We are expecting important packages from over seas, and the company claims it is already at its destination. But thats not aĺl, I reside in Moorreesburg, and to say the least the post office here have a huge problem when it comes to customer service, and above all that they even complain about the masks we wear. As the President said in more then one speech, a mask should cover your nose, mouth and such, anything like a scarf, handkerchief or reusable mask can be worn, the lady currently working at our post office tend to warn people if they do not wear the correct mask, although everyone wears the correct mask, she is also always in a foul mood and acts like she is doing us a favour to help us, if this is the case the post office should rethink their status, more then one person in Moorreesburg is unhappy with the poor service of the post office, its not even a pleasure to go there
I've been a client of Doves funeral services for almost a year now, they decided to close their Moorreesburg branch which puts me and many other clients in a difficult position, firstly here is no representative for doves whom we can contact for assistance and secondly our payments, we don't know if they get our premiums at all, when I started my policy with Doves I was told by the office manager that I will receive a sms each time I make a payment. All went well until they closed the Moorreesburg office and said we could make payments at various service deleviry points. I paid my premium at ABSA as I am a client at ABSA too, I made the payment on 3 December 2019 and have not yet received an sms. Now should one of my family members who is on this policy pass away and I end up at Doves and they claim I have not paid and my policy has been suspended, since I don't have any proof of any kind that stated I made payments, who is going to carry that cost, this is poor service delivery on Doves side since I sent their head office an email and this office has not yet made any effort to mail me back,
Worst service ever at Moorreesburg Western Cape, on 02/10/2019 my mother in law had trouble withdrawing her old age pension from SASSA,so she had to go to the post office, the lady assisting that morning wasn't eager at all, she has a huge problem with client service, she was not capable to help in any way, it seemed she'd rather close the door and have no public enter that day, it is uncalled, this particular lady have a personality problem, when they were off line she was a very happy employee, now that she must assist the public its a burden,i am very disappointed in the service,not in general because the other employees are friendly, helpful,and eager to assist
