I am shocked at the service at Hassar Grill in Grandwest, my husband and I had been guided with a waiter to our table, once we sat down the waiter just walked by us almost 3-4 times, we sat for almost 15 minutes with no service! I was so shocked that he never even acknowledged us when I called and another waiter came to give us menus! I approached the waiter and explained that we are waiting to me served and he just looked at me and never said a word, just nodded his head and walked away. I am disappointed with the service my husband and I walked out and as I am writing this I am actually sitting in Spur steak ranches which gave us service immediately, for a restaurant that supposedly has a high reputation I do not believe this will last long if staff are not giving us proper service, perhaps training should be implemented or perhaps the staff is unhappy with in turn affects the restaurants reputation. I am not impressed and I am happy that we did walk out as if we sat there perhaps the waiter would have been even more unbearable.
I am absolutely disgusted by the level of service I have received with my past orders! My experience with you guys have been appalling!!!!!! If anyone had seen my history of the amount of times you guys have messed up my orders, I still gave them a chance each time making excuses in my mind for the reason why the service delivery could of been jeopardized and when you call them all they say is oh sorry we will refund you like a complete disregard of the matters at hand and I still let it slide! Then it got even worse as a person like myself that does not eat PORK gets sent a PORK pizza from Debonairs when I ordered chicken! It's against my religion to eat blady PORK!!!! What the hell are you guys doing! Then again made an excuse in my mind thinking shame the poor delivery drivers must have been busy mistakes can happen then until yesterday which was the height of everything! I ordered from KFC Observatory the order was late so I decided to call they lady says that the Mr Food D driver is waiting at the restaurant and their is a slight delay when my order was put in at 19:53 and at 21:00pm I called in so I said okay I understand thank you at 9:20pm called in again I was told oh well the restaurant did not have chicken wings so they will just refund me! Why the hell was I not told the first time round about the issue! What blady hell? I'm so ****ed off! This is unacceptable!!!!! Most restaurant's are closed by that time, I'm hungry and frustrated now I had to take my damn car and drive to the garage and buy pies for my family putting my life in danger as a woman as my husband was working nights! You guys are blady bunch of cowboys! I said I wanted a manager to call back no one even bothered to call or email! I am not happy with your service and they say word of mouth is worse than just simply sending in a complaint! 1 star you guy are worth a 0.
This is so upsetting and utterly disgusting, to say the least... I purchased a bottle of perfume called Office London - for her from TRUWORTHS ADDERLEY STREET ON 13/01/2021. I opened the perfume yesterday and used it. This morning I opened the bottle to use it and something caught my attention inside the bottle I thought it was a dust particle however on close evaluation it is some sort of ting bug inside it resembling a tiny flying insect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was disgusted and so mind-boggled because there is no way an insect can get in there because the lid is seal tight unless it was put into the bottle whilst making the product... I called my husband to come and check it he was really upset because TRUWORTHS PRODUCTS ARE NOT CHEAP WE PAY FOR QUALITY AND THIS IS WHAT WE GET? I cannot believe this! I will tell everyone I know about this as they say word of mouth gets around faster! Absolutely ridiculous! I will never shop at this store again!
BUNCH OF COWBOYS!!!! I'm absolutely APPAULLED!!!! Their customer service division is shocking!!! My husband was their first victim we spoke to a lady by the name of Zandile on Wednesday and she was assisting him to get a double deal offer which was the Huawei P30 Lite 2020 for R479 per month so she told him that it was only going to available on Friday as it is a Black Friday deal so they arranged a call back for 8am Friday 27/11/2020 which is today my husband made sure he was available and he waited.... and waited..... and waited!!!!!!! Eventually he tried calling in he was passed from pillar to post and was told that because she started the application with him it was locked on her name and no one can helps us they will get her to call him back and the rude woman hung up the call while he was still talking.... Eventually the 5th time calling in we got through a guy by the name of Everton which then said their was no application made on his name and nothing had been done...My husband was shocked!!!! We had also been told that no credit vetting was being done and the Huawei promotional offer was no longer available!!!! What the hell is going on with you guys!!!!!! This is ridiculous! Eventually I had spoken to the agent by the name Everton which was trying to helps us so I did the contract on my name which was a different offer and I was told that I was referred for credit vetting and I should get a message or call in an hour to confirm if I will be approved I had finished the call about 9:30 am..... Its 3:30 pm and I'm still waiting.... Now i was told credit vetting takes 48 hours this is absolutely disgusting! I am very shocked with the level of service!!!!!!!!! They say word of mouth is worse than anything!!!!!!!! You guys need to fix you level of service you provide existing and new customers!
Pick n Pay Observatory CapeTown. This store is brilliant unlike other stores they always have full shelves of items and it's very pleasant to shop there. The staff are friendly especially the cashier's... Please try this store very good service delivery!

I had recently added a review on the level of service I had received due to a broken clock I had purchased from Mr Price Home Greenpoint so a lady from the head office got in touch with me to follow up my complaint on Hellopeter.... A bunch of cowboys..... All she did was ask me for proof of purchase which was given by the store due to the fact of me returning it the very next day which mean me taking time of my busy schedule to have this sorted and all she had to say was that they where sorry and the person is being dealth with? Why would they try to pin down an employee for their faulty Merchandise? If I couldn't see it was broken how on earth would the employee seen it? The clocks are packaged incorrectly so something was bound to happen! I sent an email to the person whom had been dealing with my issue as to what are they going to do to compensate for my time?... Till now I have received no response... They think a simple oh Sorry we apologize for the inconvenience was going to work? I don't think so! Guys buying at this store please becareful! We use our hard earned money to purchase from these stores and they take their customers for granted! Certainly an unhappy customer! As they say word of mouth can ruin a business!
Can't give a zero star! My husband and I where in the Mr Price Home at the Greenpoint branch... We are just moving into our new place so we went there and bought a lot of things for our home as we always trusted the quality at Mr Price Home. We bought a beautiful clock from them yet when u look at the clock it seems it was fine when my husband opened the box of the clock and took it out the hands of the clock all came loose and the clock was cracked on the top of it! I'm so upset because I have so much to do and now I must take this damn clock all the way back to the store! This is unacceptable you guys should make sure that your goods are in perfect condition before it's put on the floor and it was my first time shopping at that branch! Really ****d off I feel like just returning everything I bought and find a new place to shop!
Time: 21:35 Date: 25/07/2019 My husband and I went to the restaurant after a long day at work as we work hectic hours and live on the same road.......When we went there about a week back we did not tip them as they wasn't bothered to serve us and we had to keep getting up to call them for assistance...Today we went in like we always do and we had been approached by a waiter which seems to be of Zimbabwe decent and tells us quote " Sorry I will not be able to serve you because you guys didn't me the last time" end quote. I'm shocked and disgusted by the way in which we had been treated so we got up and approached the manager on duty as we are regulars there and this is how we treated! My husband and I are very angry because we always used to refer our friends there as we enjoyed the quality of food dispite the bad service... I will never step into that restaurant again and will tell everyone that I know about how these guys think that no matter how bad their service is that we must tip them! Blady Jokers I tell you! People stay away from this place as you don't even know weather they could be spitting in your food if they don't get what they want... That is the impression I got!
