On the 9th of October 2023 I spoke to Rufus Netshaulu, I was not a customer but was looking for some service history of my vehicle. He was so patient and helpful, very friendly. I will ALWAYS choose BMW customer service is royalty
Wow what an amazing encounter, I submitted a claim today and I was told it was resolved within 3hrs and the money will be paid wothin 2-3 working days. To my surprise 5hrs after that call the money reflected on my account, thank you dotsure🙏❤️
I would like to express gratitude to the SOUTH AFRICAN REVENUE SERVICES, the service I received was exceptional!! I called yesterday and I held the line for almost an hour after being told I was caller no.478, I don't recall leaving a callback request but they returned my call around 19h00. The agent was very patient with me as I asked her to repeat what she had told me over & over again!! Yhank you for returning my call and for your patience, government services are always underrated but into enhle iyanconywa!!! Big up to SARS for that

I had an account with FNB that was settled on the 24th of August 2021, received interim paid up letter and was said i will get the paid up letter10 days later, i called after 10 days and they kept transferring me to different departments up to date it's been 13 months I still don't have my paid up letter from FNB. Eve now from 8am the whole hour I was being transferred from one department to the next like a mad headless chicken, i am still told to wait 5 working days for the paid up letter that I have been waiting for the whole year!!!! Very unprofessional
How hard can it be to get a paid up letter from FNB? I am getting a little impatient with your service!!
After having posted my matter wth First For Women on Sunday the 8th they resolved my claim matter,thank you for your cooperation even though it has taken time and effort. You have one happy client????
I submitted a claim on Monday after being mugged and lost most of my things now they telling me that after submitting all the information they required they are still waiting for the police to answer their phones and confirm the case number i submitted,as if they will get hold of them coz even i dnt know who is investigating my case as they keep telling me they have a lot of dockets to go through. What pains me most is that I might lose my job since I have to absent myself until the manager gets hold of the police God knows after how many years,amongst the things I lost were my prescription contact lenses. This is really sad because the main reason I took insurance is because the police services are lame,now even the insurer is letting me down! This is not fair n not the kind of service I expected from 1st for women????????????
