The salesman was very happy to help in the beginning, gladly took our money. He then later asked us to join the gym again(obviously forgetting who we were), once he found out that we had already joined he was uninterested in our questions and made some rather rude remarks. Additionally, we messaged him questions and they still remain unanswered. Who knows when the gym is opening (Ballito), when we get our cards etc.
The customer service I received was impeccable. The ladies I spoke to were so nice and helpful so thank you.
On Black Friday I bought a pair of shoes online from Adidas and I got an email from them saying the order was confirmed and then another email shortly after that stating that my order had been cancelled. So I tried to do it again and the same thing happened. I tried once more and eventually it worked. I have received all three pairs. I emailed them on the 5th of December and they stated that the two pairs of shoes would be collected within 3-5 days. The shoes have still not been collected and I have still not been refunded. I emailed them on the 13th and my email is still yet to be answered.
We recently just got our car re-rubberized with this company and their service was amazing. The finished product was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend them.
I logged a repair on the 25th of July and it is now the 27th of August, and nothing has been done to repair my product. I have contacted customer services on numerous occasions via email to which the response was that my product was going to be collected. After the collection date passed I required a new collection date and one was made. The day passed once again, and now my emails are being ignored. This product cost me a lot of money and I do not want to see it go to waste.
Hi, my Michelle Herbalin broke about two months ago and so I took it to the jewelry store and got all the mechanics replaced ,( the watch is waterproof up to 30m and all I had done was shower). I got my watch maybe a month later and the watch stopped ticking about two weeks ago. I took it back to them and they said the interior was rusted and we have to pay R6000 to replace it .
Hi, I recently went to sunglass hut and they had a special on where if you spend more then R3000 you get 30% off . And we bought two pairs of sunglasses the total was more then R4000 and they only discounted 30% off the one pair of sunglasses and not both like the advert stated.
Hi, I went to watch the new Lion King at the Nu Metro in Ballito Junction. It was my first experience in the VIP cinema and it was not a good one. I booked a total of 4 seats but only 2 of us were able to make it. Out of the 4 seats we booked, only 1 recliner chair worked and when I asked the staff what the problem was she simply told me it was broken and provided no further assistance. Thanks
