PATHETIC SERVICE
Due to our car paid off we requested on the 3/7 to cancel the warranty due to we need to await another 2 year all the paper work was send to Cherry Krugersdorp and EQSTRA , had to follow up again

PATHETIC / POOR / UN RELIABLE
Good day need to share the pathetic assistance or no pathetic is still a nice work my husband went on pension on 31/10 - we still waiting Momentum to pay out if you phone they busy or telling you they closing the 20th they cannot guarantee the pay out, we have telephone logs where Sanlam phoned hanging on for 2 to 4 hours only to be cutt off or to be said they still busy - there is no income how do we pay our debts ie water and light or even worse it is 7 days before Christmas we were told well if they cannot sort it out by Friday we will have to wait for the new year the money belongs to T J KOEN we did not make a loan they will not put you through management i need urgent assistance I will make sure everybody on social media is aware of this pathetic service i will advise that they must not let momentum do there pension

PNP SMART SHOPPER - PROMOTION
the promotion when fulling up with R600 X 4 YOU GET A COLLECTABLE CAR on the filled my car did not get a sms - when i phoned PNP MSART SHOPPER Ingaan advised the sms will only received by the 4th filling, did not work i emailed and phoned again uptill today query not resolved last week i through in petrol twice and had to het another collectable car no sms received they a bunch of ****s no one wants to help you issue sort this out , WHY DO THEY HAVE PROMOTIONS IF THEY DONT KEEP TO THERE WORD

BILLING AFTER 3 YEARS WITH
Good DAY Please urgent assist in the Covid time I bought a laptop from Vodacom The laptop delivered 18/12/20 Three years later I received an email from the lawyers advising they handed me over to Lawyers at the time I could not remember about the laptop I bought Due to this being three years ago = I advised them that this must be ***** they put my name on the credit burea as bad payer and *****e 1) Where is the email advising me the account is in arrear 2) They had my banking details why did the money not go oFF my bank account 3) Also never received a statement Why after three years do I need to pay this account is this not a service failure on there side Please advise if there is anything I can do – SEE ATTACHED LETTER still I am waiting for all the details Please Advise what is my rights MARIA KOEN ID 6704300110088

POOR SERVICE FROM TAKELOT
I don’t know what Takealot is not understanding with my previous email Maybe I should draw a picture. Let me start over 5/8/23 – this was given over to my son as a birthday gift He was using this to create tattoos on HUMAN BEINGS not paper ONLY A MONTH LATER 8/9 – I requested for the Tattoo machine to be collected – due to being faulty 12/9 – only on the 12/9 Takelot collected the Tattoo machine This was returned to Takealot due to the tattoo machine being faulty All the below stock was used on different people and due to the blood on the needles etc we had to Throw this away – you cannot keep this if it is full of blood. We have a guarantee, and we NEED THE TATTOO MACHINE REPLACED THIS IS OUTSTANDING FOR SOME TIME AND I NEED SOME URGENT ASSISTANCE A month later and we still waiting – we had to phone twice to get an update IF NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED BY THE 13/10– I will go and put a complaint on HALLO PETER regarding the pathetic request from TAKELOT / SUPPLIER The below cannot be located and this was used 1X Gloves 10X Cartridges needle 9X 13X11 Ink cups 10X 17X14 Ink cups 10X 11X10 Ink cups 1X Sheet 1X Drawing paper

POOR SERVICE FROM HIFI WESTGATE
LST WEEK AND FRIDAY I COMPLETED A CREDIT APPLICATION GAVE THEM ALL MY PAPER WORK THAT WAS NEED THERE ARE 4 PEOPLE THAT GIVES ME ADDITIONAL INCOME EVERYMONTH SHOWING ON MY BANK STATEMENT I HAD TO MAKE A CALL THEN THEY REQUIRED A LETTER STATING ADDITIONAL INCOME, NOT HEARING FROM THEM PHONED THEM AGAIN THEY REQUIRE THESE PEOPLES PAYSLIP AND ID - THE CREDIT APP IS ON MY NAME TO COVER ALL WE GOT THE MANAGER INVOLVED AND HE ALSO DONT TAKE THE TIME TO COME BACK WESTGATE BRANCH NO CUSTOMER SERVICES - THERE CUSTOMERS DONT COME FIRST BUT LAST - DO NOT THINK YOU WILL GET ANY SUPPORT FROM ANY STAFFFFF
