Due to our car paid off we requested on the 3/7 to cancel the warranty due to we need to await another 2 year all the paper work was send to Cherry Krugersdorp and EQSTRA , had to follow up again

Good DAY Please urgent assist in the Covid time I bought a laptop from Vodacom The laptop delivered 18/12/20 Three years later I received an email from the lawyers advising they handed me over to Lawyers at the time I could not remember about the laptop I bought Due to this being three years ago = I advised them that this must be ***** they put my name on the credit burea as bad payer and *****e 1) Where is the email advising me the account is in arrear 2) They had my banking details why did the money not go oFF my bank account 3) Also never received a statement Why after three years do I need to pay this account is this not a service failure on there side Please advise if there is anything I can do – SEE ATTACHED LETTER still I am waiting for all the details Please Advise what is my rights MARIA KOEN ID 6704300110088
