Poor service delivery. Firstly to contact Takealot is a problem. I went around in circles. My delivery was scheduled for 18 August 2022. I rescheduled for 19 August 2022. I received an sms re"customer refused delivery". I called the call center and spoke to Olwetatu reference no. 25293208 who was more interesting in entrapping me for swearing and I didn't swear. He said that they came to my address and there was no one at home which was incorrect. I have been purchasing from Takelot for many years. They always call when they arrive at my gate Ge advised they can only deliver on Monday. When I went on the site I noticed he rescheduled for 25 August. He was more interested in defending himself instead of finding solutions. This is unacceptable 😤
My son suffered severe head injury on 28 March 2004. He was hospitalized and was in my care since March 2005. His condition did not improve and he was in a persistent vegetative state.Iwas responsible for his care with very little assistance from his Company which was Nashua Mobile then. His cost for care was around R25 K from my pocket.This included all his feeds nursing care,physiotherapy, clinical needs etc.I invested all my savings from my pension funds for his care.He passed on on 26 December 2009.To date the matter has not been resolved.The RAF has been stalling the process. In the interim I suffered both emotional and financial distress. I appeal to the RAF to resolve this matter as a matter of urgency. 17 years to resolve this is unacceptable
Further to my complaints sent on 2 August 2021, it's almost a month and there has been no resolution. Was called by the Manager Marcy Padaychee on 13 August 2022 who advised that she would assist me with the problem and played a recording that was the instructions that I gave to the Call center Agent. Bearing in mind I have 4 contracts with cell c the agent was also no coherent and confused me. I am not a technical expert and would have been guided by the agent. I sent a cancellation request as advised by Candice from Cell C Hillcrest Branch on 14 August 2021. I again sent Candice a reminder on 20 August and she indicated that the matter has been escalated. I don't want any surprises on 28th August 2021 when my debit order goes through Why is the turnaround time for Cell C resolution of an issue so poor which impacts on customer services
Empire tech are a bunch of rogues. Purchased a murkoo machine and they their delivery charges were more than indicated in their advert. Their markup is more than 200%.They are misleading the public. Contacted them on numerous occasions and they failed to respond despite promises to do so. Their customer service is pathetic. They have conveniently removed the advert after being exposed. They are ignoring my whatsup. They have no ethics and are scammers
Kfc advertised their Friday specials for online delivery only. When I tried to process the order it which was the 9 piece bucket @R62.45 at checkout it reflected as R124. 90.I called the call centre and Lydia assisted me at approximately 4.45 pm today. She advised that I should try delivery option which I did. It didn't work. No delivery in my area I called 5 minutes later and spoke to Busi and she advised there's no delivery in Hillcrest area where I reside.
Telkom has been deductin R200 from my account monthly since 2015 without my knowledge the number they have been billing me for is 0814832012. Called their call center and they advised me to do an affidavit with the Police and should take it any one of their I went to their Gateway Branch on 22 July 2019 and Keenen advised me to call the call center. He attended to a Telkom line and canceled the landline which wasn't done after being cancelation in March. I called the call center on 26th July 2019 at 4.30 pm and spoke to Calvin who requested that I email him all the documents ie affidavit and invoices. He allocated me with a case number which is 29342190. He said that he would attend to it. I called on 1 August 2019 and was told by Thembi that the case was still in the queue. I had made several calls prior 22 July 2019 without any success
